Me and my partner visited Lakeside retail park McDonalds and received amazing service from Saad. He was polite and did everything with a smile. He came up to our table and asked if everything was ok with the food and if he could get us anything else. I have never received service like this from a McDonald’s. He is an asset to the company!!

This restaurant is an absolute shambles, it’s actually mind boggling how they can get the most simplest of tasks wrong, I honestly think they are just a bunch of zombies, sleep walking around the kitchen, I mean no disrespect, but I just think HOW?!?!? Can you get that wrong?!?!?!? There absolute imbeciles, they have zero clue what they are doing, I’m such a idiot for actually going there or ordering from Uber eats, but each and every time I do they ALWAYS get something wrong! I don’t know why I’m so surprised, but it does get me every time because I think HOW??????????????????????????????????????????? I actually just ordered from Uber eats, and it’s not Ubers fault it’s there’s, but anyway I’ve just ordered, they gave me two wrong drinks, there was missing items and cold food. I just don’t get it? They are absolute airheads and have absolute no idea how to read a order receipt, it’s embarrassing. Fast food yeah, but you have to spend a week complaining until you get a resolution. It’s actually a joke.

The male that served us in McDonald's had a lovely smile, he was was very efficient and very pleasant, he served us straight away, I don't like going in McDonald's as you have to order by machine and that is the reason I don't go in there. But this person took my order and then I paid him cash. We waited a couple of minutes and then he came with our meal. Was a very happy customer. Sorry forgot to take his name this was at Lakeside, Thurrock.\\nThank you.

Shockingly clear that one hand does not know what the other is doing. I watched my order put together then left as others were fulfilled. The result was cold food and a lack of value. It seems online app orders are prioritised.

I gave a 4 for my drive through review as the service is great and I am always met by staff who are helpful and happy, which is lovely as I can imagine how stressful the job must be.\\n\\nUnfortunately the food has sometimes been dry if you go after morning breakfast plus a few orders have been wrong when I have made changes so advisable to check food before you leave.

More than an 1hour....waiting during the night(1:18-2:25 AM ....shame... the drive trough is way too slow... train your members because they lack of something...speed?!!!! Just ridiculous... even if u go to a fancy restaurant...u don't wait that long....also the manager is a rude person...should take some lessons about customer service... short bald (chubby guy) .....AND HE WAS SO PROUD ABOUT HIS 6 YEARS WITH U..... BUT HE FORGOT SOMETHING....WHAT IS IMPORTANT...HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER RIGHT...

Rude staff. Item missing from breakfast food order. Ordered 3 breakfast meals and a drink was missing. This was pointed out quite politely but very matter of fact that a drink was missing. Staff behind counter argued that it wasn't. Stated that yes there was a drink missing. The drink was slammed down on our tray while she huffed under breath some comment. No real need for the attitude.The place wasn't very clean. Toilets not very clean.

I paid for a large meal, one of the Italian sandwiches on offer. I asked for the fries to by substituted with a salad. The picture attached shows the pathetic offering. This place is a total rip off.

This ised to be an awesome drive through, now its so bad. They are understaffed over worked. Went tonight placed an order at the drive through for 3 basic 99p burgers and 1 large fries. Told to park in a bay and they would bring it over. After watching a staff memeber walking round the carpark with bags and bags of food..... Serving other people that had beind me in the queue.... After 20mins actually go into the restaurant to ask where my order was..... Sitting on the side luke warm, said they couldnt find me absolute joke. They cant cope with all the uber deliveries that are there as well as normal customers. The queue inside was massive as well. Honestly i wouldnt normally leave a bad review, but worst drive through ever, this has been ongoing for months. Food was cold... I wouldnt have minded waiting if id placed a 'special order'.. But 3 x 99p burger and some fries is hardly challenging. They need to get their act together.

Took them 27 minutes to give an order of 2 drinks and 3 plain Mcflurry. Told the employee about the fact that I've been waiting 20 minutes for a simple order and they made a side comment. Didn't want to say it to my face. Also my order was ready to collect within 10 minutes on the screen which is even more frustrating.

I queued in the drive thru for 20 mins without moving so decided to park up and go in and order. WOW what an absolute nightmare, there was definitely NO fast food service going on there. They 100% prioritise Mcdeliveries over anything or anybody else. So after waiting another 20 mins at least for our food and drove home only to find out we was missing something off our order. Absolutely useless. Save your time and money people. And the Mcdelivery drivers stand about chatting with people's food in there filthy dirty unhygienic delivery bags before delivering the food. They will definitely NOT be getting anymore of my hard earned money. ??????

Waited 45 mins for my order as at first they got the order wrong and half of it was missing, whilst waiting for my additional items, 2 bins were filled with fresh food. Idk y they can’t just make the items people are waiting for rather than making lots of items just to put straight into the bin.

Just went through the drive through and was asked to wait in the car park. Sat in the car park for 20 minutes. Went into the store it’s completeChaos. Was ignored standing at the till. Had to call over to the lady who looked like she was attempting to run the place. To find that my food was cold in a bag on the side. When I got it home the sweet chilli wrap had 1 chicken strip inside and was half the size of the packaging n my food was cold. Will never be using it again. What an Andy disgrace

I wonder who the manager of this franchise is. When you have 24h and restrictions have been lifted you shouldn’t allow the system to let you order. Not everyone wants to eat in their car. So much disrespect from every single staff and also the cleaner going around asking people to leave the store. The pandemic has not only damaged the hospitality industry but peoples management and brain. Sort yourselves out. This is ridiculous. Everyone has a different opinion and knowledge of opening hours.25th April 2022 ???

A good McDonald's. Always get the order right and quick. Staff are friendly. Only problem are the Uber, deliveroo, just eat drivers. They block all the parking spaces, grill order and app order then in the restaurant they want their orders before customers. Luckily staff are on it but these drivers need sorting out. Will never use delivery.
