I put 1 star because I can’t put 0. I went there at 16: 48 so 12 minutes to closing according to the website and there was 2 girls working that told me they were closed. If you close 12 minutes before then change your time on the website.

Decent branch with very friendly staff but beverages can be inconsistent.My usual order at any Starbucks is a matcha latte which is unfortunately pretty hit-and-miss at this branch. Some days the matcha content is more evident, others it just tastes like a frothy hot drink with no flavour. On the flip-side, the strawberry refresher was a lifesaver throughout the summer, a perfect way to cool down on those hot days and so did not disappoint whenever ordered.The beyond-meat sandwich was great value and is also heated up to enjoy it as much as possible!

Exceptionally slow service. It might be ok when there is no one around but two people out the front and two people at the back chatting with a really long queue. Last time they had competent forgotten about our drinks when we asked where are the drinks the lady said you already had it.Probably the worst Starbucks around. Staff and customer service Is shocking the drinks aren’t much better.

Disgusting and appalling customer service especially from the miserable Asian girl. My drinks were taking far too long and and I asked where are my drinks as other people were getting their drinks before me and she simply replied it takes long! What king of people are you employing? Not happy and will not be returning here ever again!
First time visiting this specific starbucks outlet on 27/6/22. Service was exemplary, upon spilling my coffee the staff couldn't have been more helpful, showed genuine concern over my partner having a hot coffee spilt over them, tidying area quickly, and insisting on providing a replacement beverage free of charge.

Whilst the coffee was made quickly and the lady on the till was polite a lot needs to be said about the gent on the food part. I asked for my panini to go and it was presented sloppily on a plate and if I hadn’t of been standing at the counter wouldn’t have heard him whisper my name!Also at least 4 members of staff behind counter and not 1 of them out clearing and cleaning tables.
