Decent branch with very friendly staff but beverages can be inconsistent.My usual order at any Starbucks is a matcha latte which is unfortunately pretty hit-and-miss at this branch. Some days the matcha content is more evident, others it just tastes like a frothy hot drink with no flavour. First time visiting this specific starbucks outlet on 27/6/22. Service was exemplary, upon spilling my coffee the staff couldn't have been more helpful, showed genuine concern over my partner having a hot coffee spilt over them, tidying area quickly, and insisting on providing a replacement beverage free of charge.

Whilst the coffee was made quickly and the lady on the till was polite a lot needs to be said about the gent on the food part. I asked for my panini to go and it was presented sloppily on a plate and if I hadn’t of been standing at the counter wouldn’t have heard him whisper my name!Also at least 4 members of staff behind counter and not 1 of them out clearing and cleaning tables.
