Our waiter was very good, kind to the grandchildren patient with the grandparents. Understood our needs and swaps without there being a problem.\\nThe food was not so good. My veggie burger was quite bland, the children's pasta was covered with slimy basil and the children would not eat it, the wrap was quite good though, well seasoned, perhaps spicy for my son but others may prefer that way. The meal was not expensive and the tip well deserved.

Good service, they managed to squeeze us in.\\n\\nI have an allergy and the way this was handled throughout was amazing. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and quick in response to things too.\\n\\nOnly downside is my OH's steak was cold but the rest was hot so we made do.

Great atmosphere, good food (ribs could be better, always find them a bit dry) otherwise a great place to visit, especially for special occasions, they tend to go that extra mile (but I won't spoil that for you).

I have never had a bad meal at TGI ever until tonight !!!!\\nLakeside retail park is the darkest tgi I have ever visited, it is nothing like the standard of other restaurants, it would benefit from a refurb!\\nOrdered the meals from the reduced menu, I understand with covid many restaurants have done this, but it truly was disappointing.\\nThe nachos arrived with more salsa and guacamole than nachos.\\nThe mains arrived...well part of it.... Ordered the fajitas the wraps and sides arrive wait 5 minutes and had to ask for the main dish so I could eat it. Had to ask for cutlery as it had been cleared and not replaced. The fajitas contained more chillies than actual filling!\\nBooked in advance, said it's for a birthday under requests.... Had to remind them half way through the meal that we were out celebrating. The message had clearly not been conveyed despite being told in advance.\\nWe cleared the plates at the end of the meal, ready for collection, but several staff walked past and ignored it.\\nWe asked for the bill, before the birthday was acknowledged, and once again had to wait for cutlery as it had been forgotten.\\nThe toilets were very messy.\\nOverall very disappointed with the whole experience.\\nThe only saving grace was the waitress was very polite.\\nMuch improvement required before I consider returning.

Excellent service from staff, they were kind enough to give us bigger tables as I've forgotten to add 1 person to the booking.\\nThe food so yummy had my favourite ultimate pork ribs so delicious with Jack Daniel's sauce served with sweet potato yum yum? ?

The place is easy to find, good parking facility. Food can be pre ordered from there website and you get 10% discount...food can be collected or delivered to your home. At the moment only takeaway or outside eating. The staff is nice and quick. The food is good but overpriced for what you get :( . Seen better similar places elsewhere.

I was surprised at how good TGIs has got in recent years. After a number of interesting experiences I game them a try again and was really pleased with the service and quality of food. It's slightly expensive, expect to pay around £25-£30 a person on average, but my meal was very nice.
