I had an awful experience at wasabi lakeside shopping centre, this solely based on the level of customer service received. I enquired about the different styles of chicken available at the counter. One of the female attendant at the counter (oriental in appearance) proceeded to mock what I was saying. She responded that only chicken is at the counter. I had the Korean chicken dish with rice.The chicken was Luke warm, hard, chewy, not spicy inspire of me asking them to put some slices of red chilli, as they had not done that for me of their own accord and lacked flavour.The rice was cold, hard and dry and lacked any taste.Considering I was only 1 of 2 customers queueing for the hot food, they could have atleast heated the food.A real waste of money and time, I should definitely have gone to another restaurant from amongst...read full review
