Perfect bar with amazing staff, atmosphere, wines and food. The organic wines and orange wines are great and something you won’t find anywhere else. More than just wines, beers and cocktails are amazing too

We had a really enjoyable evening here with good service, wine and food. We visited on a Thursday evening when they had live Jazz and wow we were not disappointed. The owner was very knowledgeable about the wines and we enjoyed a couple of bottles of the Coatian wine and some great food to accompany the wine. A great ambience and can't wait to return

Great place wonderful service - and I mean service someone who truly cares about his customer and his products. Had the special event tasting menu last night and was truly superb. Football was out of this world paired with some great wines. I love this place and the host and just wish it was open a bit more. Try it you will not be disappointed.

I had heard about this place and wanted to visit and Friday seemed like a good night. Well it ticked all the boxes and can only agree with what others had wrote. The sourdough bread is so good had to have two portions. It was busy which was a good sign. The front of house guy was very polite and knowledgeable. We could not fault it and will be going again for sure. For us its even better as we can walk there.

I love this place. They just do it right. The ambience, proper front of house staff who are warm and welcoming without being intrusive and a fantastic drinks menu. The food is delicious and of the highest standard. The staff help and guide you (if you want them to) with wine recommendations. My favourite place in Dunmow hands down. Always feels like a real treat. Don’t change guys - you’re smashing it.

Loved it; lucky old Dunmow. Real care and attention behind the wine list, all delivered with a noticeable passion for the stuff. Cheese was decent. Bread yummy. Meats looked good from a distance. Would go back.
