Took the wife for some lunch on a Sat afternoon, the Tapas was to die for and the pricing was spot on. We went for the Tapas but stayed for the atmosphere. Ending up leaving about 6 hrs later after an absolutely fantastic time.Will definitely be visiting CASA Great Dunmow again very soon.

Invited here by a friend for breakfast. What a treat it was delicious. Beautifully cooked with a special mention of my perfectly cooked poached egg. There was a group of slightly older people who obviously meet there regularly, a little noisy but not disturbingly so. Service was attentive but not annoying. Sensible portion size not outrageously priced.

Visited on a Saturday evening, the staff did not seem interested or informed. The place lacks an atmosphere and is all a bit bland. The food menu looked like mainly tapas but did not see a full menu. Okay for a quick pint in my opinion.

Nice staff but the interior lacked ambiance and food could have been better. We had the 'Hot Cheese Platter' for two which sounded really nice but arrived lukewarm. We'd waited quite a while for it (despite the place being nearly empty) so didn't send it back. Besides, the staff were clearly trying very hard so we paid without complaining and just decided we probably wouldn't return. Disappointing, but probably has more atmosphere at nights.
