I never write reviews but want to stop people ordering and wasting their money. Food was the worst I’ve had. Food was cold. Missing item from our order and my chicken was so rubbery I couldn’t eat it. When advised it was missing was told to tell them next time we order but we won’t be. Shame as we like to try different places.

Never had a bad order, good takeaway food. Especially like the Tandoori King prawn Shashlick and their vegetable side dishes.

Second time ordering from here and on both occasions have had items missing, on this occasion 3 items missing from the order. Their only response is that they’ll bring it next time which of course doesn’t happen. I requested a refund and they suggested claiming it via their website (not just eat) but another 3rd party site which gives no option for refund, no contact details ect. Won’t order again and won’t recommend to others.

I doubt the food was even prepared by a chef! Not exaggerating but worst food ever eaten. 26£ in the drain. We hardly ate even 10% of the food. Channa masala is made with only sugar. Veg curry has vegetables cut as big as my hands almost with literally zero taste. Chapati is as thick as a bread! Only the vegetable rice was little eatable I can say! Really ruined New Year’s Eve dinner with this food!!

Recently moved locally, the food was hot we did takeaway/collection so that was good. Once home and plated the bhuna and dansak was quite bland and oily but then again we have been spoiled with London food for years. Perhaps a coincidence but 4 out of the five of us has loose stools and sore tummies the next morning.

We originally ordered from a Indian restaurant in Sudbury who left us waiting over an hour and a half before they called to say that they were cancelling our order. Feeling extremely frustrated and hungry, we decided to order from this restaurant in hope we wouldn’t have to wait too long to get some dinner.We ordered, it was accepted straight away and twenty minutes later our food was delivered.Our food was piping hot and tasted great.The lady who delivered our food was so lovely too which is always a added bonus.Will definitely be ordering from this restaurant every time from now on. ☺️

Ordered online, after over an hour still no delivery, called to get an update 'maybe next half an hour' half an hour later not a peep. Absolutely ridiculous time to wait after being old would be 40-50 minutes. If it ever arrives I won't be using again, shame as food seems to be nice
Ordered food with my two sons few days ago and food was amazing! Staff seemed friendly definitely ordering from them again, thanks for a great first experience :)

Just received a takeaway from this restaurant delivered to Haverhill (11 miles away) not only is it delicious, but still piping hot! Excellent, so glad we finally have an indian restaurant we can celebrate ?

Would not recommend. Restaurant says it's Indian but actually it's Sugondese. Their nuts are really good though. I highly reccomend sugondese nuts.
