I’ve received the wrong order, so i called the restaurant but they didn’t answer. I got coleslaw, gravy, and pepsi max instead of beans, rice and tango. So i had to go to kfc to change it. They changed everything tho, but i still wasted £4 on delivery for nothing.

Food not as good as ten years ago..wings are always dry and overdone..delivery drivers/riders take up the space and get priority even if you've been standing queuing for 20 mins..the coating on the chicken looks brown instead of golden as though the oil never gets changed..and the language barrier between the staff and customers is frustrating for both sides and seen people walk out because of this problem..its not healthy..dont waste your money

Worst KFC I have ever eaten. Chicken dry and under spiced and over cooked. Chips over cooked and oil needs a change, gravy was watery and tasteless. I think this branch needs a visit from head office quality control!!

My partner is an Uber driver and had to pick up and order from them, they refused to give him the order because he didn’t have a bag! They put the food in one of the kfc bags so no idea why he needed a bloody bag! He then had to buy a bag he didn’t need from Lidl! Absolutely ridiculous! The staff were so rude to him!

Not good. Went in shop and asked for a 10 piece bucket. It even said 10 piece on their screen and when I got home there was only 7 pieces chicken. Not amused ?

Ifyou use app cannot get a refund from the the shop, if they do not have what you order.Have to go on site to try to make contact .I'm not sure I'll bother with app anymore.Not shops fault.

Absolutely ridiculous.. non English speaking servers .. got our order wrong completely. Everytime there's a problem at this place. Food isn't always great either. Sort it out.

Got dinner out & ordered a bargain bucket and 4 mini fillets, the mini fillets tasted old and dry and barely edible I only managed to eat one. The bargain bucket was a bit better but still not the freshest, shame because rarely have a bad meal from here. Left my and my other half not feeling very good the next morning.Also when ordering to collect via the app you have to check in when you have arrived and they start only preparing it then. Makes no sense as I still had to wait which was what I wanted to avoid and pointless to order via the app
