Ifyou use app cannot get a refund from the the shop, if they do not have what you order.Have to go on site to try to make contact .I'm not sure I'll bother with app anymore.Not shops fault.
So I saw the bad reviews here and wondered if things have improved, fancied a KFC so went down there to see for myself what it's like now. There were 5 workers and only 2 of them properly wore their masks covering both their mouth and nose. The eating area was filthy with wrappers, old food and dust all over the floor. The sign outside said 4 guests at a time but deliveroo/just eat/Uber eats delivery workers and guests continued to walk in despite there being over 8 people inside...read full review

I’ve received the wrong order, so i called the restaurant but they didn’t answer. I got coleslaw, gravy, and pepsi max instead of beans, rice and tango. So i had to go to kfc to change it. They changed everything tho, but i still wasted £4 on delivery for nothing.
