What an awful awful place! Filthy dirty, stale cakes & nasty tasting coffee!Litter all over the floors, dirty tables & staff just on phones behind counter!Not to mention the state of the toilets....Really appalling condition!

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Very poor service. Coffee was ready and vertically drunk before hot foot came out. The work area was in a disgusting state. Bins were over full. The male worker was sloppy in his service. The female toilet had blood on the rim and lid of the toilet. I reported this to a worker at the till. And the queue was getting bigger as we sat down for our food.

Dirty tables, difficult to understand staff, £9 for a poor quality Ginger bread latte (no cream until we asked and then no sprinkles... they put chocolate drizzle on it) Do they train thier staff? .. so much for 'barista' skills. Best head to Costa or Macdonalds...
