Have been here 3times, each time I ask for the same thing and every time I’ve received something different! The last time, I even explained how to make what I asked for and they still got it wrong.. anywhere else; no problem, I actually find it funny, is like playing coffée roulette
Ridiculously understaffed, filthy and overall depressing.On the three separate occasions that I visited the establishment, the person behind the till was also the only person on the bar. It is inhumane how badly management treats their employees, subjecting them to torture, dealing with demanding customers who obviously want their money’s worth, while there is two or three people in the back doing only God knows what.A disappointment of a Starbucks branch.

Dirty tables, difficult to understand staff, £9 for a poor quality Ginger bread latte (no cream until we asked and then no sprinkles... they put chocolate drizzle on it) Do they train thier staff? .. so much for 'barista' skills. Best head to Costa or Macdonalds...
