Absolutely the best roast dinner I have ever had.The Rose garden was recommended to me and I can understand why. Amazing food, relaxed atmosphere and friendly happy staff. It's a must if you enjoy good quality food!

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. The only downside being a wheelchair user, there wasn't a disabled toilet.Wheelchair accessibility: There was no disabled toilet. Restaurant was wheelchair accessible.

Very disappointed with the food. Ordered sea bass in white wine sauce , but when it arrived it was covered in a brown sauce . When I queried the sauce was told it was a white sauce with spices added( that made it taste of curry). The sea bass was then replaced but although the sauce was a lighter colour it still tasted of curry and I’m not sure it was even sea bass! Be very careful when you order anything as most of the sauces taste of curry. Such a shame as nice venue but I wouldn’t eat there again.

It was the first time we’d had Christmas dinner “out” and there was 16 of us to cater for so we were a little nervous that the service and food would be below parr but we needn’t have been. The Rose Garden superseded all our expectations. Charlotte who took our booking was an absolute diamond. She accommodated some of our picky eaters which I was frankly stunned at as it’s a Christmas Day set menu! Charlotte was always helpful, always communicative and was very precise with our order, checking and rechecking we had what we wanted. I can’t speak of Charlotte highly enough. The Rose Garden is very lucky to have her. When we arrived as was seated immediately with a polite, welcoming smile from serving staff and our drinks ordered taken straight away. There was just one sitting that day unlike other pubs and restaurants where you are only allowed to have the gavel for two hours so we didn’t feel rushed between courses. The food came out piping hot and delicious and considering the staff were working on Christmas Day they were all just so lovely, and couldn’t do enough for us all. The meal went perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for more, and we won’t hesitate in coming back or recommending The Rose Garden.
2/1/24 Our 64th wedding anniversary we spent it with our grandson and his wife had the most amazing food and great service will definitely be back thank you

My self and 6 other members of my family went to the rose garden on 25 th December for 3 coarse dinner it was absolutely delicious starters main and afters think probably one of the best restaurant dinners we have ever had the owner and the staff were amazing throughout.THANK YOU we will be back and would guarantee the Rose Garden

Spending Xmas day meal here so tried the food today for lunch.cant fault it .above average 4 different meals all first class .I had the chicken curry and it was better than our local Indian restaurant.
