Nero head office very very slow at repairs ranging from repairing display fridges to toilet(no loo for a week) and currently a broken seat for the last 4 weeks! Think of the customers more. Urgency required.

Came here on Sunday. The young trainee boy was lovely, very sweet and polite. The lady working with him was extremely rude and made a rubbish coffee which just tasted like hot milk, I couldn't even drink it, I threw it away, big waste of money. I wouldn't come back here because of her.

The young trainee boy was great, very sweet and friendly. The lady working with him was rude and made and had no customer service skills, she grunted at me and pointed to the card machine and didn't tell how much it was, she also made me a rubbish coffee which tasted like a cup of hot milk, which I threw away as it wasn't drinkable. Send her back to customer service and batista school. The trainee was great and my boyfriend loved the mango chiller the young boy made him. Maybe the trainee could train her.

The store is small, clean, tidy, bright, vibrant, comfortable and colourful. The staff are friendly, well mannered, professional, sociable, respectful, understanding, welcoming and knowledgeable about their product. The price is overpriced for food and drink but it is good quality and I paid £2.25 Belgian chocolate and crispy caramel. It is sweet, flavourful, delicious, chocolatey, crunchy, caramel and mouthwatering which is good. I have been there and it is good because it reminds me of upmarket food with good quality but their price is expensive but when you buy it has good taste, you should go there before it is too late.

I don't usually use Nero as I'm more a Costa customer, but I loved 2 things on this visit, the new blend they offer and the Gluten-free Oat Dairy alternative.The environment was lovely, thanks to the lighting and the decorative fireplace.

just went in to get a coffee..staff are not welcoming no smile ni good morning infant they looked as if they both didn't want to be there today but you can still put a smile on your face won't be going back that's for sure! and I'm only giving the 3 stars for the coffee.
