My experience with Papa John's customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive, with one employee even watching a video on their mobile device instead of assisting customers. This lack of attention and courtesy has left me with no intention of ever ordering from Papa John's again.

I found Papa Johns Loughton very helpful. The app wasn’t working and my local Papa Johns was not answering my call. When I ordered there was a confusion on my part on what pizza I wanted. Ateeq who served me said “no problem” and made me the pizza I wanted. Really happy with the customer service.

Always a great service! Last night I placed an order for X3 Pizzas and X1 Side the team called me to let me know when it was ready for collection which was amazing. However I accidentally received the wrong side. The papa johns team actually was the ones to call me to inform me of this and sent a driver round straight away to drop off my correct side. They was so efficient with dealing with this issue and was super apologetic. The food was absolutely delicious as always, cooked to perfection! The restaurant is super clean and looked after. It’s my go to for Pizza for the quality, customer service and price- highly recommend! Thanks Papa John Loughton Team??

DONT GET FOOD HERE!! We found HAIR in our pizza, they denied a viable hair on the food and I’m bald. Staff very rude and has no manners, didn’t even apologise and had so much attitude. Customer service is 0%.

Ordered 2 pizzas Sunday never received them. No delivery i called up over an hour later told him where is my order sorry couldn't find your house and the mobile number he said was wrong but he had my email address so why not just email me?? Upset had friends over..still waiting for refund!!

Oh it won't be long before these are below 3 stars, all complaints about the same thing. Pizza never showed, I then rang to see where it was, no answer, I then rang again, person was rude and then hung up on me.. pizza then arrived uncut.But having seen the type of staff loitering outside the actual store I should of known better. So it's my own fault for thinking they were anything but useless.

I had an absolutely delicious pizza from the Loughton Papa Johns. It was prepared and delivered with care in an expected time frame. The pizza was delivered hot being almost fresh from the oven. Even the tomato base was succulent and tasty. Definitely one of the best pizzas I've had outside of Italy.
