I cannot comment on the food, every time I have been to get food there’s been an issue! I’ve lived in Maldon a little over a year and I have tried this ‘restaurant’ 8 times. Not once have I managed to get food. Tonight I have been told the wait is 45-60 mins as the system is updating. Bring me a local Burger King and stick a finger to the McFuckalls.

Went here to get family meal!! Raining so bad ! Ordered ! Checked bag as you have to ??? Said to tue girl ?? only have 1 cheese bites ! She said u sure ! I gave her the bag ! She was 30 years younger than me and looked at me like your a liar !! Like i’m out on a raining night trying to steal chessey bites (ffs) then she said okay ill put them in!!! Me happy get home 1 x cheese bite !! My god if i wanted to rob u you would know about it !

Our Scout group (1st Rayne) descended on the Maldon McDonald’s in a McFlurry of young people both button pushing and real time ordering. It should have been mayhem. It wasn’t. We received great service. Food was quick, hot and tasty. The restaurant area was clean, well serviced and had a variety of seating options which the Scouts enjoyed. We all had such a nice experience that we stayed ages, with the Scouts (and me!) going back for more. Well done to all the staff who work so hard in making the restaurant so welcoming and easy. A great time had by all. ??

My granddaughter has the app so you can find a table, order and then have your food delivered. I think that's very clever. The staff were friendly and the food scrummy, as usual.

Came here for a quick pit stop and we ended waiting about half a hour for our food and when we got it was cold, people was waiting at the register despite staff looking at them go to a different one if you want a better experience

My food took a while to get ready and it wasn’t busy at all and they still managed to get my order wrong with 2 completely different burgers to what I ordered.

Food tastes the same as any other McDonalds, but the service was terrible. Almost 20 minutes waiting for food, and there was at least 2 people at the counter demanding refunds because of how long it was taking. Had to send back a large fries as it was only half filled.

The hamburgers were almost destroyed inside the box, everything was cold, the milkshakes didn't taste good, I asked for a vanilla one and it seemed like it had 50 tablespoons of sugar, terrible straight to the trash I only heard laughter inside and I thought these people don't have a manager anyway the worst thing

There must have been a shortage on BigMac Sauce because we'd been rationed in our burgers.There was a portion of chips missing, but I always check before I leave, so this was quickly remedied.Service was fairly quick, and food was hot.Parking: Not a huge amount of parking, but it's not somewhere you sit for hours over a romantic meal, so a bay normally becomes available pretty quick.
all literally useless the only reason this place has any good reviews is because the workers come around begging you to in order for free food. never once had a good experience here and most people i know haven’t

Fairly poor experience visiting this restaurant. Some items of food were missing. Double cheeseburgers were served as an untidy mess and were cold. We complained and order still came back incorrect and cheeseburgers still cold. We complained again and finally got correct order but cheeseburgers still cold. We gave up. Won’t be visiting this restaurant again.

Have made a promise to not use this McDonald's ever again. Always seems to be something messed up with the order. Last time we had to wait ages for the milkshakes. Time before that we were missing a box of nuggets. Always an issue.

Absolute disaster of a place. Hands down and without doubt the worst McDonalds in the country. No staff, cold food, missing items if you order delivery, take away or eat in.

Ordered via the drive through, had to park and wait for my order, it took about 15 mins. Drove home about 10 mins, the food was cold, the chips were hard, if I lived closer would have taken the food back. A total waste of money as did not eat any of it, I will not be going back.
