I went for a 6 inch sub which should have been around £4 but they overcharged and charged me £40 instead! no apology or anything in regards to it. Poor quality.

Ordered delivery on multiple occasions. The quickest it has come has been 2 hours! Some even taking over 3 hours to arrive and cold. Only ordering from my work down the road

Subways was cold was very little filling in the sub staff was more interested in there own conversation than the costumer had to pay extra to get a normal serving

Thank you vey much for taking my order at the last minute. I didn't really provide much notice but you were more than happy to accept the order, which really helped me out. The platters were amazing, and went down a treat with everyone, so thank you very much. Amazing service and will defiantly be using you again. Thanks again :)

Staff are atrocious, none of the staff were masks or gloves when they make the sandwich’s, one of the lads in there is very disrespectful, and intimidating staffs customer care skills, are terrible I would not recommend, this subway to anyone, probably the worst one going in Essex.

The young lad gave me half the amount of filling that I've ever had at any other subway. When I said it was a bit light on filling and could he top it up he said there would be extra charges.I would recommend any Subway but definitely not Maldon

Good luck ordering a delivery if you don't have access to the deliveroo etc app, I called and ordered a subway a few weeks ago and it was sorted out fine, today i called and was told I had to order through the app, I said "since when?" Was told since covid, so I said "that didn't stop you 3 weeks ago!" they then said "oh maybe the app was down etc" I said "if you don't want my order that's fine"Got the vibe from them on the previous order that phone orders were too much hard work. So clearly they don't want my custom.

Don’t waste your time! Good don’t arrive for 2 hours and when you phone they threaten to cancel order. Anyone have a number or email for a manger? This is unacceptable

Customers not wearing masks. The staff did not challenge at all and then one of their own staff came in without a mask. We, as customers, asked why he wasn't masked and the man serving told us if we didn't like it, we could call the police. We asked why he couldn't ask the other staff member to wear a mask and he told us, 'I'm not a manager!'.Obviously, we left. Where is their sense of community responsibility?
