avoid! was placed here for temporary accommodation after leaving domestic abuse I reported mould and ants for over 2 months all that was done was one wall was wiped down and not treated coming home to ants all over the bed and over my children's plates ect I firmly re asked for the issue to be resolved they then called the council and said I could no longer stay I was due to leave the next day but they read my review and come banging on the door I was called a scummy cow, cunt amongst other names and told to remove the review I said no and she carried on screaming at me I asked her to stop as my children were crying she then screamed at her partner you deal with her he approached me and I closed the door my special needs daughter was very distraught and my arm is covered in bruises where she pinched them trying to settle her self holding onto me the man continued to bang on my door and window so I called the police to stop the harassment we had to sleep on a very dirty smelly stained mattress as the landlady did not like that I was having to change my bedding every other day due to not having any where appropriate for the children to eat i eventually gave up asking for fresh bedding as she took so long to give it and always got it wrong and gave me items I did not ask for she seemed friendly at first but the moment something was not what they wanted they where very nasty the shower kept falling down where the holder was broken I would not recommend anyone spending their money here very cheap nasty mouldy rooms with chavy landlady horrible people
