Pizza slice was nice, but not very warm. Coffee and hot chocolate were good. No seats set up inside only outside was available.

Wish I could give no stars we ordered on Uber eats and everyone’s meal turned up except mine and when we rung up greggs to sort it they just said to do it through Uber and that was no help they gave me no sympathy and now I am left with no food extremely bad service for both companies. Better customer service is needed.

Possibly the rudest staff in the whole of the Greggs company.There was it older lady in front of me and the assistant Anne was just downright rude.She then employed equally the same amount of rudeness to myself.I did mention to her that there was really no need to speak to people in the manner that she had adopted.I appreciate she may have had somebody speak out of turn to her, but it was not the older lady or myself, and yet she took it upon herself to be quite brutal.Poor customers don’t need the attitude…

"Cheese and onion steak-bake, please, kind lady," I said to the kind lady behind the till."Er..." the kind lady said."Not really," I said. "Just my little josh. Just a steak steak-bake, please. "Anyway, when I got my meat filled pastry the sauce was so hot it burnt my lip when I bit into it. I'd already left the shop by then so the kind lady didn't even know.

I don't know if this particular branch is bad or just my experience there, went in for sausage rolls as we were out for a walk with the family and was told they'd be 10 mins as they'd run out. Half an hour later and still no sausage rolls, and every item of food on the hot counter was room temperature at best.
