This station paid a fortune to install 4 charge points for electric cars. They have hardly ever worked since installation even though they are the most expensive in the area. Today I went to charge there again and found that even though the lights were on and there were no cones, none of them would start the charge. I called support and was told that yet again they were out of order. I spoke to the assistant who told me they didn't know, didn't care and why don't I buy a petrol car like a usual person? On the rare occasions I have been able to use the chargers the toilets have been locked and the coffee machine broken. The staff here couldn't care less. It's a disgrace.

Woman behind the counter in the mornings second time now has caused me to leave to get fuel elsewhere and be late for work. Paying via the app and she won’t authorise the pump and cancels the transaction, then saying a load of rubbish over the microphone how she wants me to pay at the till on a busy morning when the queue is huge. Get rid of this thing at the counter she’s nothing but an irritation who is incapable of doing a very simple job.

Opening times are not ideal.Pulled in here needing fuel at 10:58pm and the woman on the till turned the lights off and the pumps. They shut at 11 but surely you’d take the custom with 2 mins to go?
At 10.58pm, 16.12.2017 arrived to refuel. The guy who was cleaning told me they were closed. I suggest they check their CCTV if they think I am incorrect with the time.

Terrible petrol station. I drive a large van for work and depending on which pump you use it can be very hard to get out.
