Best Meal in a whileI haven't visited the Tarpots in years but randomly we chose to go there, booking ahead online, which was painless, parking and putting reg details in the foyer machine(also not a trauma).The staff were friendly and efficient and arriving Sunday at 12.30 it was pleasantly quieter, although by the time we left there was a build up.You no longer pick your own salad (which I found a relief as I always worried about cross contamination before) you follow your service...read full review

Extremely busy, late Saturday afternoon, had a special mother's day weekend menu that was good value. Service was good though place was packed. Only down side was they run out of ice cream ???? Which didn't go down well with the youngsters.

I had a wonderful lunch, my fish cakes were cooked to perfection!My server was Siobhan who was attentive, witty and very professional.The Restaurant was lovely, clean and warm.The Manager Evelin was amazing, very welcoming. Will definitely return!
