Food was good and they gave some great deals which makes a meal reasonable however the order system is really slow and not intuitive which makes ordering a bit of a choreThen it seems like a total mess at the counter wrong orders being made and food takes ages to be served on to the tray... The manager seems like he wants to do a good job but just doesn't seem to have a good rhythm going.

I HATED my vegan meal, they also gave me a zero sugar capri sun suggesting i’m diabetic and need to loose weight! But overall I fell in love over the vegan chicken Dorito fries, even though they was vegan they very much taste like chicken. The box was also delightful!! Hope you’re not McScamming me cheeky monkeys!!?

Dined in at Southend Burger King today (31/10/2023) and was pleasantly surprised as to how clean the restaurant was. All the tables were clean, the floor was clean and outside the shop was clean. Another surprise was the clean toilets that actually had hot water, soap and a working hand dryer ! Staff were pleasant and the food arrived promptly. I had a Whopper meal that was delicious ! Great hot tasty burger and the chips were hot as well with the right amount of salt on for me. All in all it was a really tasty meal that hit the spot and I will return again for sure ! I have read bad reviews but that definitely was not my experience and I would recommend this Burgers King no worries --- I hade it my way !

This is the 2nd time I've had to walk out with no food after standing at the till for over 15mins to still not be served. Get more staff if you can not manage the amount of customers you have! Absolute joke!
