“Lovely cafe with tasty food, very welcoming and friendly service. We had fish and chips, squid rings, battered fish platter and butternut squash soup. Everything was delicious, especially the apple and blackberry crumble with custard.”

“Very nicely prepared and tasty food. I had salmon teriyaki noodles; beautifully cooked and seasoned, with noodles laced with tasty vegetables and a nice bit of chilli. Others had the smoked pancetta and truffle linguine, and the cod goujons. All very well done.service was a little inattentive=ttentive, given we were very early and the place was nearly empty, but friendly enough once you got their attention. Also the meals were served with a gap of several minutes between the different diners, which was a little awkward. But we still recommend it!”

“Went in this morning at about 9am. Young friendly staff, so helpful, and service with a smile. Even though someone had just arrived for a shift, attention wasn’t diverted. The young man who served me - James, was so friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, genuine, polite and happy.\\nStaff deserve a shout out and praise for their positive attitudes!”
