Went here for my birthday dinner earlier this year. Had heard excellent rumblings and it certainly is popular as we struggled to book a good few weeks ahead of time but managed to squeeze in and actually had a lovely window table. Lots of groups and couples alike - food is absolutely stunning. Whole atmosphere is relaxed yet classy. Desserts to die for, extensive wine and drinks list and all in all my new favourite. We have visited Cucina a few times now, and l have to say every time we have been the food, the service, the whole experience has been a joy. We thought we would give their set menu a try, we were not disappointed. Fabulous food, plentiful and beautifully presented. Complimented with a great bottle of crisp white wine. Cucina managed to squeeze the two of us in on what was clearly a very busy Friday night. They seem to have plenty of staff (which is rare these days!) - which meant service was attentive but not too much and everything was done beautifully. Food was fab, wine was super cold and delicious, atmosphere was cracking.
