We went here prior to a show at Cliffs Pavilion. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the service was quick and efficient and the food was great. Will definitely go here again.

Lovely meal as usual at this family run 5***** restaurant. Very friendly management and staff and the food is always delicious and fairly priced. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever eaten Italian food. Arrived on Valentines Day as a surprise from my partner, we were told we could only order from the small Valentines food menu (a piece of paper someone had hastily typed up and forgot to include any options under the sweet heading) and couldn't order from the main menu. My partner and I were slightly annoyed as the Valentines menu had no classic pizza or pasta dishes but picked out one starter and two mains regardless. Imagine our surprise when the couple next to us were then handed normal menus and were allowed to order pizzas. It took 45 minutes for one starter of meatballs to arrive, three bland meatballs floated in some vaguely tomato coloured water (how anyone could describe this as a sauce was beyond me). Then another 30 minutes before our main arrived, we asked how long it would be to which a server walked around a corner and back in about 2 seconds and said it was just "on its way".Someone must have misread the menu in the kitchen because our 'chicken breast topped with mushroom and a tomato sauce' turned up 10 minutes after that as two thin slices of chicken buried under a mountain of mushroom.Fed up at this point, we asked for the bill and to skip dessert, the older lady serving us then proceeded to welcome 3 other sets of guests and ignore us. Continuing to ignore us, she served the couple next to us their desserts and coffee, gave them their bill and they left while we are still sat there trying to flag her down.Utterly atrocious food in pathetic portions and non-existent service. There are 3 other Italian places on either side, go to one of those.

Been a loyal customer to this great family run restaurant for 15 years or more. After having to spend so much time at home the last year or 2 we have missed the delicious food at Flying Pasta. It was great to get back there this weekend.

Had a table for 10 booked for my mum’s 80th birthday. Service was attentive and fast. Food was delicious with ample potions. We all had a lovely evening and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you, thankyou.

I very rarely manage 3 courses, but today I did. I stuffed myself silly. Lovely food, beautiful service and a relaxed atmosphere. We spent a lovely couple of hours here and keeping in mind I had 3 courses and 3 drinks just myself, the bill only came to £40 for our whole meal. Yeah, definitely recommend. Will be backing the future.

Went to flying pasta. Tonight with five friends. I ordered my favourite dish, Flying Chicken which I have had before and enjoy very much. Two of my friends also ordered it on my recommendation. When our orders arrived we had been given chicken cacciatore (with a brown sauce and mushrooms) by mistake. We explained that this was not what we ordered and it was taken back to the kitchen. When our meals came back it was clear that some of the cacciatore sauce had been poured off and the Flying chicken sauce (white wine with cream and prawns) had been put on top as it still had the mushrooms from the cacciatore dish in the sauce. The resulting mix of sauces while not disgusting was not great and was not what I ordered. Very disappointed. As I was with friends and colleagues I didn’t want to make a fuss at the time but I hope this never happens again. I will visit Flying pasta again as the food is normally top notch and this was I hope a one of!

Went here last night, before seeing Brian Conley in Cinderella. Excellent meal, friendly waiting staff & friending guy greeted us on arrival, making us feel really welcome. Enjoyed 3 lovely meals, and would have stayed all night if we could - brought back memories of evenings in Sorrento/Lake Garda. Thanks for a great meal - just wish we lived a bit closer!!
