Ordered for takeaway. Normally fine. I ordered some chicken nuggets and fish finger happy meal. When it arrived, I thought they had forgotten our chicken nuggets but it turns out they had just put chicken nuggets in a fish fingers bag inside my son's happy meal. No fish fingers anywhere else. Thankfully we have no allergies but could have been more serious if a child with chicken allergies or dietary requirements had ordered a fish finger meal and bitten into chicken!

Slowest fast food in existence, no receipts with self checkout but staff not bothered. Rude manager and they press the meal is ready 5&10 min before it is to hit there rates but cause nothing but confusion at the pick up section. Worst Mac Donald's I have been to, got dirty looks from the staff on top of that while eating our meal eventually after it was ready. I think I will stick to Greg's or KFC in future for me and all the family

We are on holiday in Southend and Food arrived very quickly. , hot and correct! We ordered table service and manager Ryan was fantastic, he’s the first person at a McDonald’s to check we had everything we needed and offered ketchup and sugars which never happens. Fantastic customer service!! All staff always looked happy in lobby and promptly cleaned tables and made sure there was always seating available. Again a rarity in McDonald’s.

So this is apparently a delux hot chocolate. Half a cup with the cream melted so even less to begin with. Asked then straight away to top it up and was told no, it’s standard apparently.

I ordered through just eat and they missed out half the order I spoke to someone on the phone who said there was nothing they can do, absolute disgrace

Place is a joke. Food always way behind schedule. Never have had fast food in this particular branch. No queues, no table service, staff always panicked by customers. Massive waiting times. (20mins or more) Why is it I can go most McDonald’s establishments and get hot fast food except in this particular store?? Massive failings which I cannot believe have not been picked up on by the franchise themselves. Time to review the ethos.

I ordered £19.32p worth of food through Mc delivery(Uber eats),it did not arrive but the money came out of my account ,I had a message from Mc Donald's stating food Is being prepared then message from Uber saying food delivered, I have been trying to speak to someone about a refund but am being pushed back and forth this food was ordered on 02/11/22.

They delivered completely wrong order, and when I took it back they said we couldn't get another lot of food but had to go through just eat.\\nIf I could give a lower rate I would.

Great staff, cheap and fast as it can be. Should try sort out the table service as it does get busy some times at the till. Other than that I'd recommend ?

Got hot milky water for a latte , a triple cheeseburger that had only two burgers , two large fries half full and a fruit shoot missing from happy meal . Appalling service, Shame your not like the airport McDonald’s who always put out a good meal
