We 1st visited the muffin break for a quick drink to pass the time. The food layed out behind the counter looked delicious. We went back a couple of days later to try the food and it tasted as good as it looked. The shop is clean and the staff are friendly. We will be going back.

Although service has dropped lately from 6 stars to 5 it's always been the place for my wife and I in town, especially now we have a little one, most of the staff deliver 110% service and will do anything to make life easier for parentsFoods better than most cafes in town, well worth a visit

I was very disappointed with Southend. For my birthday muffin. The boss usually lets me choice my muffin. The Chinese girl who served me. Was very rude. Would not listen to me. I had to settle. For a basic one. It used to be a great store. Spoke to Lukasz Iwanow from customer service. Was not help. Just said. The boss can provide. When it suits. No compensation I had been going there for years.

I used to come here for my weekly treat. The duffin is superb. The coffee and all the muffin are amazing. The manager and the staff are lovely.

Walked past this place many times. Breakfast is great. So many cheeky pastries to choose from. I’m no coffee drinker but people seem to like it. Nice Saturday morning treat.

Popped in with the better half, he worked on his laptop and I read my book, coffee was nice. The was what I can only assume was friends or family with about 5 kids running about screaming the whole place down, none of the staff did anything, an elderly lady asked for them just to be a little quicker to which the mum of the kids told her to leave and called her a Karen(not the exact words she used ?)No one in the place could enjoy their time, coffee, or even think straight.Quiet disappointed at the staff for not doing anything at all, especially with the language being used to the elderly lady who was just trying to enjoy her coffee and chat but couldn't.
