Huge improvement, I’m guessing new staff or management. Food is delicious (and has been the last 3-4 times I’ve ordered). The staff member I spoke to, Jahangir, was really helpful and gave excellent customer service. Give them another try! ?? order arrived hot and on time.

I have been getting pizza delivery from this branch for the last 5 years and I have never ever encountered any issues. We order maybe once a month and every time we order it has been quick, hot and accurate. We don’t bother with any other pizza companies as it’s just easy dealing with PH. Well done to all the staff at Westcliff store. Bravo.

It was OK. Small store, good enough service. Disappointed that there are only 3 crust options. I wanted Italian, but they don't do it :-/ I still ordered a pizza, as I was hungry and it was still nice. I do love the tear and share here!! Would highly recommend that!!

Whata terrible service. I have an exemption of a face mask and did not have a card with me (which I do not need to carry by law) I was refused service unless I put a mask on which affects my health. The manager seems to think it's okay to discriminate against me because of that.What a joke. I will tell everyone I know to not shop here in the future.
