Ordered food yesterday and it burnt and not cooked properly .I got given a pizza hut credit for the some food Ordered it again tonight and they forgot my pizza and it was OK not burnt but I wasn't happy they forgot my ice cream and cookie too

Possibly the worst pizza I've EVER had!!! No Italian base option, funny tasting tomatoe base, not double pepperoni and undercooked dough!! Usually ok but mediocre from this Pizzahut but this is truly awful, have they changed the recipe??? Flavour was just off! Will NOT be ordering again!

I made an order before I’d seen the reviews of this place and was naturally apprehensive when I went to pick up my food. Contrary to other reviews I found the staff member to be quite helpful and friendly. Out of the two pizzas we ordered, both were freshly made and hot, one was perfect but the other was over cooked, bordering on burnt on top and the toppings looked dried out (see picture). Should have really checked this while I was still in the shop but I’ll know for next time. Not bad, not good, just ok

I don’t even know where to start… the girl who answered the phone has no telephone manners or manners in general. When the phone was answered, I actually thought I called the wrong number. She was so rude and made it sound like I was an inconvenience calling. I have collected from here before to find who I believe is the manager sitting on the floor…in the kitchen… with her back to the wall on her phone…not only is that incredibly unprofessional it is definitely very unhygienic and unnecessary. The language she used whilst having customers in store was more than unacceptable and the way she was speaking to other members of staff was nothing but disgusting from her and embarrassing for them. I have had no problems with any delivery drivers when ordering, they have always been respectful and friendly…just seems to be the staff answering the phone and whoever it is that sits on the floor…the food is okay but it’s not worth it if you have to put up with that kind of customer service.
