Please refund the missing bottle of Coca Cola from my just eat order (*****51048) last night.

The food was really lovely but sadly the overall dining and service experience was a complete shambles. We was a party of 12 and apart from one other couple we was the only customers in the restaurant. There was a really long wait before our order was taken and when it arrived the waiter had difficulty identifying the different dishes and got several mixed up within the group. We was not told that there was no dessert menu and would have had starters had we have known. The bill arrived prior to even asking if tea/ coffee was required. Overall it looks a very nice restaurant from the outside but fails or failed badly on the night. There was no interaction about our food or requirements and on .more than one occasion we had to go and ask for things like glasses, dessert menu only to find there wasn't any etc.,

I have just received a tikka masala and Peshwari naan. My food is completely cold I have just phoned the restaurant and they called me a liar and told me to take it up with just eat. Also my Naan bread broke up into pieces. And my pappadums were stale notImpressed do not order from here worse Indian around.

Nice food but they do not serve alcohol, which wasn't a problem for me or my friends but most people like a bottle of wine when having a meal.

This was one of the worse experiences I have had with a curry house, they said 50 mins delivery time tab oh then turned into 1 hour and 46 minutes, my food was cold. The roast chicken chips which I ordered 3 of, the chips came in one bag not individually and the chicken was black and some of it was tandoori not roast my children couldn’t eat it, it was farther s day and this is how this place treated us it was disgusting and I was disappointed

The food was wonderful, the only thing that let it down, was no alcohol sold anymore. We could have bought out own. Would have been useful if they said when booked.

It’s about 18 months since I last had food from here and I won’t again. I requested the order be delivered between 7:00 and 7:30 and it turned up at 6:40! The food was poor quality and not particularly well prepared. £2.50 for a cucumber raita that was a small amount of cucumber with yogurt on top, no herbs, and not even mixed!! The chutney looked more like a sweet and sour sauce from the Chinese. The meat was extremely average and the Dansak was one of the worst I have had (and there have been many).

It took over 2 hours for our order to be delivered!!!!!Food cold! Chicken pakoras so dry that we were not able to eat it.Portions very small. This was our first and last time we have ordered food from this place. Waste of time and money.

Very disappointed. Never had a takeaway . Been in the restaurant loads of times and really thought the takeaway would be the same quality. Flavour is good. Special biryani had in total 5 pieces of meat and done very small prawns . Chicken Madras had the same amount of meat . Nan breads cold . Waited hour half to arrive. I did call and was told it's sitting in the kitchen waiting for driver to come back .

My favourite Indian restaurant. I've been using this place for years. The staff are so friendly and polite, they can't do enough for you. And the food is amazing. I've had takeaways and eat-ins and I can honestly say, I have never had cause to complain. Would recommend.

I use Ruchi regularly epecially during lockdown., always excellent untill tonight 9th Feb 2021I ordered a dry veg curry, ( niramish), got a wet veg curry only 3/4 full, consisting of one bit of potato and some onion.Not good enough.I will move elsewhere.

Apuling... the first and last time I will get from here again. The Medium chicken curry had no flavour and a very small amount of chicken, the Korma was so sweet I binned it straight away and the rice portions were pathetic! AVOID!!!

Use Ruchi weekly, especially during lock down, usually excellent. However, tonight, dreadful. Ordered a dry veg curry, got a wet curry consisting of one piece of potato and onion. A niramish is not this mess. Only 3/4 full. Chicken was OK, only small helping. I will move elsewhere. 3b Oban Road. Steve Charlton

Ordered a vegetable masala, chicken biryani, curry, garlic naan, papadums and chips. It was all fresh, hot and absolutely delicious!!! Our new favourite Indian...thank you for our extra papadums :)
