I came here with my friend on a Sunday afternoon, the place was dead quiet and we were the only ones seated in our 2 hour stay which allowed for peace while conversing. The food was up to Dominos standard and was very tasty. The only problem was the food came a bit slower than expected and that was slightly frustrating considering we were the only customers.

Fast service when visited. There’s a handy screen detailing orders and a countdown to when your food will be ready. Food hot and tasty. There’s seating available inside and customer toilets. Parking can be an issue.Recommended ?

I ordered the stuffed crust pizza, the dough was super raw I couldn’t eat it. Took the pizza back to the store and asked for a different one, after 15 he I got the same type of dough when I asked him a thin pizza dough. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get the thing pizza. Once the pizza was ready I said to the manager I should get the difference back as the stuffed pizza was £3 more plus got charged £2.50 for delivery, when I had to get out of my house to get the new pizza as he never offered me another one over the phone. He said he was going to reembolse the diferente but he never did!! Really defensive and bad customer service. Will never get pizza in Stansted again!

Placed an order on special deal. Received the correct pizza and two lots of chicken wings which was not correct order. Sent back and was assured would send out correct items. Waited 35 minutes and we are only 500yds away from shop to be told order still not out. I asked for a refund. Terrible service and didn’t seem to care. No form of compensation. Had to ask and said I would get a voucher to my phone

Ordered a pizza, picked up and drove 20 minutes home to realise it was meat (I’m a veggie) called and was told they can’t deliver a new one but I could have a refund but then they put the phone down and kept putting the phone down when I tried to call back, never again!

Not only did I wait almost 2 hours for my delivery,when it eventually got here I was missing 2 sides and a cola,the pizza was cold aswel.i called back to tell staff of the issue,they said they would send out my 2 missing sides and cola, 10 mins later knock knock 1 side 1 cola 1 side missing,unbelievable never ever ordering from here again
Ordered twice from here both times the food has been cold and over one and a half hours late the worst domino’s in the country should be closed down being run by clowns!!!!!

Awful service..so ordered a pepperoni passion plus a drink part of a meal deal,eventually turned up a chicken and mushroom (no drink)So I Called to complain and was told they are very sorry and will resend the original pizza that we ordered within about 20 mins…Fast forward an hour and still NO pizza!! , I call them again to be then told that no pizza will be delivered as there is a problem with delivery drivers!!!! ….I said well an hour ago they assured me they would resend,so what’s changed??No answer could be given and was told a refund will be given within 3-4 days..Absolutely terrible service…Without a care for customersStay clear!!!!!

The worst Dominoes I have experienced in 30 years of using for delivery. 1.75 hours after ordering and no pizzas; apparently they had delivery driver issues. If this is the case a warning should be given on ordering using the app so that the customer can decide not to order and go elsewhere, or wait.

The worse dominos ever. I’ve ordered with them 3 times now and this is the last one. Every time I’m waiting ages need to call up or it says it was delivered but it was not. Whole driver crew should be fired!

So con artists have been put in charge? Guy on phone was just making up prices for how much we'd be charged. Might have to report to trading standards or something.Used to be a great place. Now, I'm done. Pizza guys are better.Avoid at all cost!
