The Cock Public House
30 Silver St, Stansted Mountfitchet, StanstedWe were in the area for a couple of nights before heading back to Australia and made a booking at the Hotel. Lovely meal and great atmosphere, we had a lovely girl who served us and was very attentive to our visit. Speaking with the Landlady at the conclusion she informed us both her girls were leaving that day so will be sadly missed. A must visit for anyone looking for a traditional UK pub meal.

Kings Arms
Station Rd, Stansted Mountfitchet, StanstedStayed the night here after a flight. Such a welcoming place, couldn't do more for us, made sure we were fed, set up a bed for the girls even though there was a small mix up in the booking. Food was great, really good options for the kids and beer was excellent. Highly recommend if in the area. Thanks for our stay.

Stansted Mountfitchet, StanstedVisited with a friend and her daughter 9, we all enjoyed this fun venue, lots to see and do . Loved the interactive wooden games outside. Toy museum evoked lots of childhood memories.

Giraffe
Stansted Airport, StanstedI had time for lunch prior to my Ryanair flight so I came into Giraffe and had a very good experience. If you're in a hurry, they accommodate you and make sure they handle everything efficiently, such as bringing out the check and getting it done. I had to wait a minute or two for my table but they turn everything around quickly and got me in. The menu is extensive and they have a lot of appealing choices. The prices are a bit expensive but it's 1) London and 2) in an airport. I chose the burrito bowl and they handled my customization well (no sour cream). It was busy but that didn't hurt the service at all. And they were so polite! I definitely made a lap (possibly two) around the food options in this area and decided on Giraffe, and it was the right choice.

The Potato Wedges were nicely cooked too and the delivery to our hotel at 1.30am was a life safer as we were starving after our night out.Vegetarian options: The Veggie Burger is on a different level

7 Station Rd, StanstedHands down the best curry in Stansted. It has a great menu and it’s perfectly priced. They have a great value menu at all times but especially during the week where they have a fantastic set menu. The staff are always lovely and the service is great. The food is amazing and we’ve not have a bad meal here.

Flames kebab stansted

The pizza was particularly good - the crust was thin and crispy, and the toppings were generous and flavorful.I also appreciated that the restaurant was very fast and efficient. My order was ready in less than 15 minutes, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.Overall, I had a great experience with Flames Kebab and I would definitely recommend them to others.

ASD6, Terminal Building, StanstedBefore my flight to Istanbul I visited Itsu and was pleasantly surprised by the choices ! I had to take a good few minutes to choose between the sushi and hot food but I ultimately chose the miso detox, super healthy and the girl that served me (blueish hair with a big black ribbon) was friendly and fantastic at suggesting me dishes and I’m glad I chose this dish with her great help! Will come back again

Domino's Pizza - Stansted
22 Cambridge Rd, Stansted Mountfitchet, StanstedI came here with my friend on a Sunday afternoon, the place was dead quiet and we were the only ones seated in our 2 hour stay which allowed for peace while conversing. The food was up to Dominos standard and was very tasty. The only problem was the food came a bit slower than expected and that was slightly frustrating considering we were the only customers.

The burger, nugget, and the fries is good enough.Seating is quite good, place is comfortable, and better than airport seating. Charger is available, and it is considerably less noisy than the main atrium.Purchasing the food is quick using the screen, and food is served very quickly.
