I have never eaten such stale tasting fast food in my life. The chips were soggy and tasted like recycled burnt oil. Everything tasted like it was taken from the trash. Staff was friendly and nice tho.

Shocking. Left waiting while self service rebooted but staff wouldn't serve at counter even though they eventually did when a reboot with staff not communicating. Both burgers.were lukewarm with the cheese and buns cold. Soft drink was watery. Overall swrvice

I made my coffee order on the digital screen. After it was made, it was left a few minutes until another employee picked it up with their hand over the top and around the drinking cap, not around the cup. I hope their hands were clean...There was also an audible alarm of some sort that continued for the 10 or 20 minutes I was there for, which was quite annoying. Luckily, it stopped before I said something.Parking: Parking OK. But it's not obvious as to what parking to use if eating in. Or pedestrian access to eat in could be made clearer from the first parking lot. I drove round to the Starbucks parking as that was better, which is only indicated by "Drive-thru" road markings, as far as I could tell.

This is the second time that I have had a problem at this McDonalds! Firstly i paid for someone elses food as well as my own! Today I went through the drive through after waiting for about 10 mins to get my food. I got home only to find that half of the house hold could not eat as their food was missing from the bags. Having paid for the food also found that we did not get a recipet with the food.MAKE SURE YOU CHECK FOOD ORDERS!!!Not only was the food cold, half was not even there for us to eat!!! I stay in Great Dunnow so not easy to just come back so I tried to call twice to complain but no one even answers the phone! This is also not good business practice!!!!

Went here to order a burger and fries as I was staying at the nearby hotel.Maccas is meant to meet a basic standard yet this McDonald’s did not meet that standard.Chips, soggy and chewy.Meat in quarter pounder was as dry as a cracker.Maybe McDonald’s in Australia is just better.

Chips weren't very hot and unsalted. Asked for sauce and was told I had to pay. Got given a small sauce with chicken selects even though you should get a large 1 and was told I had to pay extra for that too! Would not return as the minimum a food establishment can do is provide quality food that is hot when required.

Busy to the max here due to proximity to Stansted Airport. Expect a wait, understandably.I highly rate the Manager, she was a great help when I asked her some questions. She was lovely.

A normal McDonald's that is a few minutes from the airport. Parking is a bit restricted and only a couple of disabled spaces. Very easy access into the restaurant with auto doors and a flat entrance area.
Every other things are superb but the toilets and urinal need to increase in numbers. Too many customers much more than these facilities.Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, it was the worst quality of food I have ever had. The staff from a service point were great but delivered cold frys and a burger, which was in kit form in a crushed box. I would have asked for new or at least hot but couldn't stomach it.

We used the drive thru, it was very fast and the guy behind the window seemed happy to be alive which is a bonus! All in all, good experience. Food came out hot and speedy.

The worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The restaurant is obviously far too small for purpose. The small car park was full for my entire visit. One in one out, on the rare occasion that a space became available. The majority of visitors had to either wait or drive away. Even queuing for the drive-through was down the local roads, angering drivers, who took to driving on the wrong side of the road.The food was fine, but the fries were very bland. I don't think they'd been salted.The restaurant itself was filthy, food all over the floors, dirty tables, and the whole experience was stressful with the cleanliness and pandemonium outside with the wacky races in the car park.This is a busy location being close to the airport, and it's obvious they struggle with the frequency of visitors.I won't be going back, I'd rather drive further to a better location.

Stopped by to grab a bite. It's a 24 hour Mac Donald's yet the store was closed and the drive through closed too.No staff or signage advising reason for being closed, just ignoring the customers.Very bad service that should not take place
