If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst pizza ordering experience of my life, and I love pizza. But not pino’s. They should be called Pinocchio because they LIE. It took over two hours for my one pizza to be delivered. This is after calling 3x and having them lie each one. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! No offer of discount or refund even after all the wait. They didn’t even apologise. DO NOT WASTE YOIR TIME OR MONEY IT IS HORRIBLE!

The worse experience in all my whole life. After 2 hours waiting for my dinner and 5 calls later, they just told that my order was not confirmed. I went to the bed hungry and I still don't have my money back. Awful.

Ordered our dinner 95 minutes later I get phone call from delivery driver couldn't find the address. After given the driver directions he still went the wrong way, 15 minutes walk to meet the driver our food was freezing cold. Sent the food back with the driver and asked for fresh food... to find noone returning with food that we had ordered. I phoned the shop 7 times and left a voice message, to now find my account been suspended for violating policy!!

I never received my order, and still no refund! I spent £24.55! Absolutely ridiculous. Not happy, do not recommend, never ordering from here again. Also can i have my money back.

Order placed at 530pm to avoid the rush, delivery said 50 minutes after an hour tried to call multiple times with no answer. At 8pm I spoke with the service team livechat who said the restaurant apologies and says it will be there in 30 minutes. At 830 I tried to call again, no response, back on livechat who couldn't get hold of them and said to wait 15 minutes and if I never got my food to email them for a refund!I have a 2 week old baby and a 7 year old who by this point is starving, I had a cesarean so can't drive hense the delivery and my partner is back at work from today. I managed to get a family member to come and collect me to take me to the restaurant where they said "there has been a fight in the restaurant and we had no way to do your order or contact you" as they were saying this a delivery driver was packing a bag with food to deliver to somebody. They did offer to cook the food (a pizza and a kebab) bit said it would take 25 minutes! Whilst I was in there there was no sign of there having been a fight inside but the place was disgusting. Needless to say I will never ever order with them again.

Food was depressing. Ordered two burger with salad, they came dry, burnt with a sad slice of cheese. My sons fish fingers were solid and he actually chose to eat the cucumber over fishfingers or chips ?Such a bloody waste of money, kicking nyself now.Id suggest trying literally anywhere else... maybe just mcdonalds

Poor service, I placed my order via Uber at 7pm, expected arrival 8/8: 00pm, order never arrived. I started calling the restaurant without interruption but no one ever answered my calls. At 10:30 pm it was "order delivered", but I never received anything. I understand the chaos of Saturday night, but two hours late no one ever answered the phone to give me at least a minimum of explanation.

I ordered 3 pizzas from pino for the 1st time and we were all disappointed. Not more than 2 slices were eaten from either pizza and we were all hungry. The tomato base was not nice and there was so much cheese we couldn't see or taste the toppings.

Ordered for first time last night online. Amazed to find someone that delivers out to our address - too far apparently.......! Pizzas arrived quickly and hot and were delicious! Delivery driver friendly and polite too! Will definitely use again! ?

Used this place a couple of times now and fast becoming our family favourite. The pizzas are excellent. Fresh dough and light, chicken kebabs tasty and flavoursome. Always hot on delivery

In Stansted for a layover and Google recommended this place. The best pizza I have ever had. And it's ? vegan even the cheese. And so full of flavor and so much topping. The owner was so nice he Ven gave me fries ? for free. Will be back. Btw do u deliver. ?

Really disappointed,Ordered Pizza & it tasted like cardboard, something you would get out of Iceland or Aldi. No fresh taste either. Garlic mayo that is in little pots need putting in the bin & fresh ones put back in the fridge as it has a sour taste ( obviously out of date), chips were french fry’s & had no taste what-so ever covered in black stuff and over cooked. I also ordered the garlic bread slices, I took 1 bite, tried to chew and it was impossible. Burned & stale. Sorry won’t be ordering again.

I always get my latte here before catching the train to London. Quick and friendly service, delicious coffee, very reasonable price. I would have given it five stars but sometimes it’s not open and then it is too late to go elsewhere.
