Gents toilet was absolutely filthy, dirty as engraved on the walls under the had dryer, the place smelt of urine, this was not just today the dirt has taken weeks or. On the to build up The tables we covered in crumbs, the place has 4 people in it so was not at a busy time

DO NOT GO THERE, unless you want to pay a £170 parking fine, regardless even if you spend 10 mins or 1 hour, eat in or take away, these scammers will send you a parking fine after 2 to 3 months later saying you have over stayed or you didnt purchase anything from Starbuks, you will not even get the original parking fine either from MET Parking services Stansted ( Total Scammers they dont even have a method of contact) instead you will get a letter from a debt collecting agency who will never ever answer your calls, they only have a payment line, i am victim of this scammers. SAVE £170 AND NEVER USE STARBUCKS

Filthy. Nobody cleaned the tables while I was there. The floor was strewn with litter. Toilets were also dirty and not serviced. It is also a drive through. Guess they have so little repeat business that they don’t care

Just received a parking fine for using this Starbucks. Met a colleague here, assumed that as we were customers parking would be ok. Didn’t see any signs saying that parking was 1 hour max. Assumed like other service areas it was 2 hours before it became a problem. Left after 90 minutes now received an aggressive fine for £100 or £60 if paid within 14 days. Having googled this company and location I have now learned this is an ongoing scam location, with various tricks for unsuspecting customers. Awful experience, it’s criminal that companies like this operate in the UK tricking us from our hard earned cash. Starbucks itself was dirty, staff emptying the car park bins inside the “restaurant” was interesting. Toilets filthy. I will never frequent it again and I urge everyone to boycott it.

I met with my daughter in this Starbucks and get fine from MET over staying longer than an hour on their promises parking... what a disgraceful way to treat your customer Starbucks!!! Absolutely disgusting. Coffee wasn't even that good, dirty and smelly toilet what a disgusting scamm operation between the Two Starbucks and MET Parking Services! You have no soul. Shame on you. That is the end of Starbucks coffee not that you care, right. Disgusting and disgraceful.

Grabbed an early breakfast and coffee after dropping a friend at the airport. Was impressed with the speed, and quality of customer service here. Especially as it was so early. Of note was Tanmy who served me and asked if I needed anything else. Being a bit sleepy I didn't really cope with the fast rotating electronic sign, when I am trying to peruse the coffees. But the staff were patient. Perhaps Head Office could slow these down for the time of day. Again, it is the service from the team that mattered. Will make this a regular early bird stop off again. ??

Lost my coffee, no apology.Coffee replaced with wrong order.I understand staff are busy, however a little more manners would have saved me the time in writing this review.

Stopped to order a couple of lattes en route. Not difficult, you would have thought. "Two lattes, medium, one oatmilk, one full fat cow's milk". Then people after me began to receive their drinks. "Excuse me, why have people after me got their drinks and I haven't?" Sorry, what did you order, repeated. Wait...and wait...and wait. Excuse me, where are my lattes? I've now been waiting for 15 minutes. Sorry, what did you order. The same as last time and the time before, all in here. Two lattes etc. A few minutes later two lattes appear. But they were small. I'm now losing the will to live. Reminded of the order yet again, eventually two medium lattes arrive. Which is the oatmilk. Er, | don't know. I just grabbed them and ran. Gave what they said was the oatmilk to the other half, who confirmed it was. I drove off. A few minutes later I took a sip as we headed north on the M11. It was oakmilk as well. Do yourself a favour, avoid this chaotic and incompetent bunch of people masquerading as Starbucks employees. Your mental health will not be tortured within a millimetre of wanting to murder somebody.

Use Starbucks all the time but staff in stansted one disappointed , a man called Paul served me , just grunted and hardly spoke at all - let alone please and thank you manners cost nothing !

Do I even need to say more? Just look at the reviews, there is even a petition on Change. Avoid at all costs. And goodbye Starbucks, your coffee now leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

I used to frequent this place to take a time out from working from home. The coffee was never that great and generally, the place was soulless and untidy-but I used to overlook that. Not anymore. I will NEVER NEVER return and I plead with anyone reading this message - do not go there. You will have cameras follow your every move. AND - if you happen to visit McDonalds? Well - that is a £60 fine. Part of the most cynical deliberate scam I have ever come across in my life. Some people work hard for a living, doing a honest days work. Not METparking! I can't believe Starbucks associate with them. And considering this is a long time issue - obviously Starbucks don't care either.

Little did I know that there is a parking scam in operation at this site. It is well know it seems! If only I knew. Complained to Strabucks who DID NOT REPLY - it seems that "F*** You" is their response. So JUST DO NOT STOP HERE. You risk a £100 parking notice! Keep driving and buy coffee elsewhere. Try a company a that cares about it's customers, and doesn't engage with dodgy private parking companies. Maybe better still - Boycott Starbucks. I will never go again! Complaint 210909-010155 if anyone from this failing company cares!

Dirty, scruffy, unkempt, unidentifiable fluids on the floors, filthy floors, uncleared tables, unwiped tables, stinking toilets, women’s closed so had to use the disabled also dirty. Three members of staff run off their feet with in situ customers and drive thru. Doing their best no doubt but even the coffee was undrinkable. Then outside, the car park. Absolutely disgusting, rubbish everywhere. Starbucks are a disgrace, I will NEVER go to one again and would advise others to avoid at all costs.
