Ordered on their app and one meal was missing. Uber wouldn’t refund the whole cost of the meal missing or delivery charge. Restaurant didn’t answer call for 30 mins so had to reorder the meal and pay another delivery. Uber lied saying the items missing would be refunded only to get £5.10 back. That’s nothing compared to what I ordered. Manager didn’t even care saying nothing they could do unless I went to the store and picked up the items missing. How does that help when I ordered a delivery cos I can’t leave the house. His said at least you got some of the order and refund for part of it. So I have to leave one person without food. Ronnie didn’t give a dame amazing management skills. Really is.

Awful , got home and one of the kids burgers was missing and the sauces fir the cheese melts missing too... haven't been here for about a year because if poor service and its still the same

I ordered on Uber Eats, it took 3 hours to get my food, I am not exagerrating, 3h and 4 minutes. I have never received such poor and slow service, the driver apologised so much, he was held back too because of them and did not want to cancel like the ones before him did. Awful Mcdonald branch.

Terrible place rush people when ordering have no customer service skills. Be careful of money you give them as they will not deal with your enquiry properly they will tell you lies then say to you that they are not here to rob your money. Training definitely needed at this store on how to deal with customers correctly. Will never be returning to this store never again.

Popped in to grab something to eat before heading back to work. My order ticket didn't print, so I spoke to a member of staff. He tracked my order and came to tell me my number. Above and beyond.

Been waiting in the dr8ve through que for over 45mins and received cold food, service is not good at app the stuff are rude and long winded

awful had to park up and wait. there was no parkup waiting spaces so had to park opposite end of carpark. Milk shake machine not working yet again

Your average McDonald's, nothing out of the ordinary!I will say tho, around 8 weeks ago, I sat at a table which I noticed had a damaged chair/bench. It was crooked and only sat on 3 legs.A week later I went back and I sat at the same table thinking it was fixed. Funny enough, it wasn't. A bit weird for a McDonald's franchised restaurant.

6pm on a Friday night is not a good time to go to this branch.Manic is the term I would use,more cars than spaces were waiting for there orders.had to wait over 15 minutes for my order.chocolate shake was white as they had obviously ran out,took 3 attempts to get a chocolate ,chocolate shake and ended up changing to vanilla.Organised chaos is a polite term for this branch.Parking: Moped delivery drivers take up spaces so customers have to drive round in circles.

Read other reviews and thought oh common it can't be that bad, but honestly the worst McDonald's I have been to, ordered a cheese burger and it took 35 mins! I could see it's prepared and kept there with a pile of other orders but they are too slow to hand it to the customers! Literally 3 people before me asked for a refund cause they waited so long. They prioritize delivery orders over in store and drive thru customers. At the end what I got as a cheese burger was stone cold... worst experience I have had at a McDonald's - 0 for management! It's a joke!! Clearly the managers have no control of the situation. Either they all need retraining or sacking! Cause they don't seem bothered

Worst place, could not use pick up point, for the amount of bike delivery drivers! Walking through the front of the store and being pushed and overlooked by delivery drivers in the branch. Mass of drivers at the tills and staff that are not that bothered at all and looked she’ll shocked at the amount of people shouting at themWell done McDonalds
