We came to Miller and Carter to celebrate a birthday and we were served by Sophie who was very welcoming, nothing was too much to ask from her and she was fantastic as our server for the entire evening.

Very loud music.Server was difficult to understand, he was rattling off options on his tablet, it felt a bit like MC Donalds for steak. It was my daughter's birthday which I said in the booking and we were a group of 12 peopleI would have thought you could have acknowledged this in some small way (she was even wearing an it's my birthday badge!) food was ok-ish, I've eaten worse. Chips were cold. Burger looked grey, assume from frozen. Quite disappointing considering the fairly high prices charged

Had a lovely lunch date here with my boyfriend on Saturday and I have to say this is by far one of the best branches I’ve eaten at. Ahmet was our server and he was excellent, very friendly and polite. He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The food was delicious, we both got the 12oz ribeye and they were cooked to perfection. I had the halloumi fries to start and they were to die for. The service was quick and the atmosphere was lovely. We can’t wait to eat here again!

Service was amazing! Our waiter Josh was incredible and made us feel so welcome and comfortable! The food and drinks were both delicious and we can’t wait to come back and try more of the amazing menu! It was my fiancés birthday and he enjoyed it so much , was both of our first times going and we’re already going to book our next meal!I suffer from anxiety but felt so at ease while being there couldn’t recommend them enough! 11/10
