I stayed here for 2 nights, the receptions were incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend.

I arrived at Midday and even though the staff were busy they checked if my room was ready and were able to check me in, every time I’ve stayed here the staff have been extremely helpful and present. Thank

Had to travel to London at short notice late in the evening, having struggled to book on line with poor 4g connection arrived just before midnight without my booking being confirmed. Reception staff were very helpful sorting things out...Thank you very much. Room was clean , service and breakfast good as I would expect. Quiet location , a small amount of not unreasonable noise from the room above but otherwise a good night's sleep.

We booked this hotel because we are having a monthly work thing and needed somewhere to stay close to everyone that also had a pub close by. The room was dirty, pubic hair on the wall, fluff on the sheets, hair in the sink, dirt around the back of the toilet seat. We cleaned the toilet and got on with what were there there to do. We were woken up at 3am by the ceiling creaking as the people upstairs walked around and we could also hear every time they flushed their toilet, we had a terrible nights sleep. I called the reservations line less than 24 hours after departure to let them know the issues we had (i also noticed on the website they have a good nights sleep guarantee, which states if we let them know within 7 days, we will get our money back) i was told because i hadn't gone out or called reception at the hotel at the time the issues occurred we would not be getting a refund or any of our money back. Terrible customer service, sleep guarantee is a total con. Who would leave their hotel room or call reception at 3am to report a problem, i just wanted to get back to sleep. We were going to book this hotel every month but will never go again after the poor customer service received. Not even a free night stay on our next booking or half price, nothing offered other than cocky customer service staff who just state as per our terms and conditions, bla bla bla

Location is a bit in the middle of nowhere but you can get to town in less than 20 minutes with decent access to the motorway. Quiet and a good sleep. No AC, so beware of that when you book.Free parking! The staff are always super helpful, smiley, and professional. When I went down for breakfast, I noticed that the staff are angels with young children too.

Have stayed in numerous premier inns in the past, safe to say we won't be returning.Staff at reception barely acknowledged us after check in and always had a lovely scowl on their faces at all times. One of the beds had some form of stain on the sheets, so that wasn't slept on.Rooms were a ridiculous temperature. We were left with a fan for our room, safe to say that did nothing. By the time I started getting dressed for the wedding we were going to, I was already sweating.Car park had 1 single spot left, so clearly it is not big enough for the hotel in question. All in all, it was a bed to sleep in and not much else. Don't think the rest of the wedding party that stayed (30+ guests) had much better nights than us.

I’ve stayed at premier inns lots of times in the past but after this experience and feedback following my complaint about a poor nights sleep I will be choosing another brand of hotel in the future. The rooms are tired , not the cleanest ,woman on reception was very blunt and looked like a bulldog chewing a wasp, we were moved from one room to another on arrival but both had suspect stains in places, we had no choice to stay following a long journey as we needed to get a good nights sleep for a family event the following day. I don’t think Lenny Henry would have a big grin on his face if he stayed here.

I booked a twin room, but was allocated a double, not a major problem. The room was spacious and the usual high standard you expect from premier Inn. Clean and well stocked bathroom. Check in was easy and fast, breakfast was up to standard, absolutely no fault with the the service. Also being on the outside of the ULEZ meant we didn't have to pay 2 days of charges for the days we were there. Short and easy drive to Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Lovely pub right next to the hotel too.Rooms: Rooms were great and to the usual standard you expect from premier Inn.Food & drinks: Only breakfast is served at the hotel, but there is a pub next door that serves food and drinks.

always stay here friendly staff, helpful. You need a car as on a country lane, nice to be out of the way. Nice pub next door with good food and now have a beer garden tooNearby activities: Bakers Arms pub is next door and a few minutes drive to Station Rd Chingford where all the bars and restaurants are

The rooms (room 22 and 30) on the ground floor, had a really overpowering smell of damp/mould - leaving me feeling unwell after night in the room. The staff did move me to a different room, but it wasnt much better :(
