The food from here is disgusting! Dry, undercooked and cold. Dont order from here i dont know if all pizza huts are this bad now but if ita just this location it needs closing down. As for the customer service offering a £10 voucher is laughable for a terrible meal costing £50. What good is a voucher for somewhere yoy never want to eat again.

Really bad - chicken was terribly undercooked, pizza had a hair in it and wrong flavoured ice creams were delivered with no warning and no option to send back/be refunded because we didn't like the flavour. When complaint made to customer services, they dismissed all complaints except about the chicken, because it was the only thing we had thought to take a picture of. Terrible food and customer service!

Pizza ordered 19:46 for a 21:05 -2115 delivery. It's now 21:46 (2 hours after ordering) pizza hasn't arrived, called the restaurant and no answer.
Order was directed to pizza hut. No other parties.
