This is by far the worst pizza branch of Dominos. The service is absolutely poor and the staff lack any customer service skills whatsoever. Disappointing! They have the audacity to charge £2.50 for delivery but they delay the orders waiting for it to become cold because they don't have enough delivery drivers. It's time people in Witham demanded accountability from these fools.

Staffs are not that friendly, Even the pizzas doesn't taste great usually almost all the dominos are having similar taste but this is different. I haven't ordered anything after the incident.

Just had a delivery from Domino's in Witham. We think it was pizza because that was what we ordered, but couldn't tell otherwise - lukewarm, tasteless cardboard best describes what we were delivered! I am only visiting silver end tonight, but if my local domino's in Burnham had tried to get away with this, the locals would have had them shut down straight away. Shame on you.

Waiting is too long for collection screen shows 5 minutes ago pizza is ready but I am still waiting 5-6 minutes pizza in oven poor service

Last time I ordered they forgot my drink but still 5 stars because the delivery person was really nice and my issue was resolved really quickly and easily

If I could, I wouldn't give them one star. In my opinion, the customer service is incredibly poor. We placed an order and items were not delivered (not the first time this has happened). We were promised money off, £10, as a gesture. The next time we ordered, it did not exist, only a free drink. When we understandably questioned this, I was met with a rude employee and a manager who did very little to resolve the situation, let alone honour what had been promised. Honestly, it is my opinion that you shop elsewhere and spend your money where it is appreciated.
