Had cod and chips and chicken balls and chips last night. The fish wasn't white and fresh and the batter was somehow raw inside and overcooked on the outside. The chicken balls were dry and again the batter unpleasant and tasted of fish. The chips had definitely been cooked multiple times and were greasy and overcrisped. The whole thing went in the bin.

Tried this place as our usual chinese is not open on Tuesdays. Reasonable prices, nice portions, but no flavour to any of the food whatsoever, very bland. Waited around 15 minutes to cook our order, no other customers came in, nothing in the hot display ( its a chippy as well) Won't be using this takeaway again sorry.

First time order and the last Prawn toast was like chewing on a rubber tyre, squid the same, chilli beef was full of peppers no carrot and the chips were rock hard. Any positives?....No

I went in tonight to order , got chatting to a lovely lady the till whom took my order - we talked wedding - she has wise words ( sorry I didn’t catch her name ) - got home food was plentyful ans delicious .. thoroughly enjoyed it .. thank you x

Have used eastern loads over the last 18 months and the food has always been good, recently though they have changed to only accepting cash for deliveries which means a spontaneous Chinese has become a thing of the past for me and my wife
