Got a sizeable takeaway from here, when I phoned through the order they said it would be over an hour before it was ready.we got there one and a half hours later to find out they only started to cook it once we turned up and paid for it.why tell us over an hour if you don't intend to cook it until we get there anyway??

My favourite Chinese takeaway

Spring rolls lacked any filling, the ones we buy from the Chinese supermarket and deep fry ourselves are a millions times better, the chips were really dry and tasteless. Very poor selection of vegan food, would not return. Fortunately the girl working there seemed to know the ingredients and was helpful as she could be, shocked to learn the curry sauce has “pig fat” in it, yum ?

Food tastes as bad as the shop smells, portions are tiny, and barely any meat in the dishes that should have it in them and if you’re lucky enough to get some meat you’d wish you didn’t (wouldn’t be surprised if it had been cooked days earlier) Don’t bother with the Singapore rice noodles it’s just a portion of bland bean sprouts. On the plus side the prawn toast is so mushy you can just eat it like a seagull so if you have no teeth this is the place for you! The girl answered the phone like I was trying to sell her PPI and forgot to hang up before she started moaning to her colleagues about me (I asked her to read my order back to me) she also wasn’t impressed that she had to stand up and put her phone down to give me my order and when I told her I had heard what she was saying and it was unprofessional she said she “didn’t understand” and didn’t offer an apology….. the next time I’m desperate enough to eat anything put in front of me I’ll scrape the moss of the roof, it’ll have more flavour and nutritional value than the slop this “establishment” advertises as food
