Just has a rude encounter with a staff called Nina all because of a bag. I had no problem paying for one however to get upset and throw a tantrum because I said I could fit 2 and a half subs into a plastic bag was unnecessary.Then to make matters worse to talk about a customer whilst they’re still in the shop is just unacceptable. As I’m a guy I had to be careful and not say anything, maybe she’s just having a bad day but I hope you’ve and please be mindful of your actions and demeanour towards customers.Thank you

The guys are so amazing, quick service, good portions, we were accidentally charged a little more. But I wasn't bothered about the refund of a few quid but they talked me into cookies instead ;). Would definitely come again!! Thanks guy's!!

I used to get a sub from here a few mornings a week for a couple years.There was a 1/2 quid offer where you could get an orange juice and a sub with bacon or sausage for breakfastTurns out....I loved it,Great foodTry a sausage sub in the morning with mayo sauce, toasted and with cheese. Make sure your orange juice is cold.If you're a London commuter, hop off here before you get the train in the morning. Yeah I know you're reading this non-gender-specific London commuter

Absolutely appalling that I get the wrong sub delivered. Take a photo on daughters phone and she send to me to screen shot clearly shows pickles and no mayo yet they say on cctv shows no pickles and mayo in. That sub wasn’t delivered here otherwise wouldn’t be complaining. Basically girl in witham store hung up and because I can’t walk to the shop I’m disabled in a wheelchair there’s nothing they will do. I’m told that althou I have the photo of the sub with the exact salad ordered but with pickle could of got off internet. Furious and never returning my custom there. Totally rude and waste of money. Photo below chicken and bacon with no pickle and mayo not sweet onion dressing lol
