“I just wanted to share and shout out to how amazing the wonderful team are here. Over the weekend I wasn't well whilst cycling in the heat and needed some help to cool down. The team were fantastic and couldn't have done more for me. They got me a chair, went above and beyond going down the road to buy me electrolytes and ensured I was OK until my friend arrived to pick me up. Honestly wonderful people who really care - would give them 11 star rating if I could!!”

“Absolutely fantastic!!!!
We were cycling and called in on a very hot day but unfortunately cafe was just closing but very kind lady filled our water bottles with iced water FOC,and offered for us to stay and be served with food,we did not think this fair as shop was closing so we declined kind offer but will definitely return and sample the great looking treats on offer.
Great friendly and kind service even though shop was closing…. Thank you so much for water too!!!

We will definitely be returning…
Thanks again..Jonny,Dom & Gary.”

“Big pub for a small village. Oddly spread car park that backs directly onto homes. Beer is really good. Food ordered and served really quickly and the gent serving was the epitomy of politeness. Not the cheapest panini and chips I've ever eaten and only just not the most expensive (I had a similar lunch in Covent Garden last week for just 3 quid more). Nice atmosphere but it was nicely sunny and everyone was ramping up for the weekend getting some early beers in. Bit off the beaten track but worth a drive if you want a decent country pub.”
