“The last review about being allowed on site almost put me off but I followed the signs to reception and was welcomed in. The soup and sandwich was fantastic and well needed after a long morning walk. Highly recommended!”

“Dog friendly both inside and outside. A decent selection of cafe food like ice creams and cakes, and dog ice cream.

Parking is really confusing because there always used to be parking meters but now it's pay before you leave, no ticket needed.

Toilets are on site but not in the cafe.

It's all you can ask for in a spot like this: no nonsense, it's not fancy, but it doesn't need to be.”
