Quite posh for a burger place, not sure it suits. I had the triple B burger but I didn’t enjoy the blueberry bbq sauce it was too tangy! My husband loved his classic burger though and the loaded tater tots were yummy.

Not only is the service excellent, but the foods at Smiths in this quaint town is also amazing. With its picturesque scenery and charming atmosphere, it's no wonder why people flock to this town for a delightful culinary experience. I can’t wait to come back to Smiths if I have a chance to visit again. Best Experience ever.

I'd have to say that the 'Hot chick' burger is the best chicken burger I've ever had! The cajun fries were amazing too! It's £14 for a burger on its own (fries not included) which you might think is quite pricey but it's the quality that you're paying for and you won't be disappointed. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. A good selection of drinks too.I'd highly recommend it if you're a burger lover!

(Saturday Oct 14,2023)Top notch with fully immersive flavor that I have never had within London. We’ve had the chance lately to dine in at this cozy little place as it seems pretty much popular for its delicious burgers. Despite the fact that we’ve been waiting for nearly 40 min to get our orders, at the end it’s worth it.Just for the sake of the business continuity and customer satisfaction, it is unfair to expect me to eat within 10 min while preparing and making the foods take up to 40 min!. In this regards, it is advisable to mange this circumstance wisely, especially during the weekends or special occasions since the majority of people will be visiting the place and enjoying the experience.

Not the best burger I've had, and quite small (I wasn't asked for doneness and I got a well done). My partners said the vegetarian burger tasted very nice. The sides were great (The tots were awesome, the mac & cheese and the cajun fries were tasty although the portion was very small).Overall a bit expensive, especially for the size of the portions. The waitress was quite helpful and friendly. We waited about 30 minutes for our order to arrive (and when we arrived there was no one else).By the time the food arrived the place filled up, and when we saw the size of the sides and asked for more sides, the kitchen was busy and said it would take at least another 30 minutes.I'm not sure if it was a one-time, but I think it would be nice if the kitchen was better prepared for these situations.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian burger is quite good.

Prob the best burger I can remember. Perfectly executed with an explosion of flavors. Moist, pickled onion and homemade pickles absolutely kill it. Truffle fries were equally as well executed. Do not miss this spot. Nicely decorated interior and friendly service. 5 stars!

Really good burgers here with big flavours. Chicken nuggets and Mac&cheese were also spot on. Friendly service and nice quiet corner of an otherwise very busy town.

Popped in as a family of 4 for a meal. Chose Smith's based on a quick review of eateries in Bourton, not many good reviews to be found as it's a very touristy area so you don't necessarily need to be good to be busy in the summer. Between the 4 of us we had 1 Smiths Classic Burgers, 2 Hot Chick Burgers and a Burger that had blue cheese (forgot the name). We also added Standard Fries, Mac & Cheese and Truffle Fries...The Burgers were very nice, The Smiths Classic was the best of the 3 sorts imo. A nice surprise was that the sides of fries actually had an amount of fries worth the money instead of a paltry amount that's TBH is a bit of a con. All in all it was very good and served by a friendly chap (might of been the owner). The only reason for 4 not 5 stars was the lengthy wait, but that's ok because the food was worth the wait.

Our second visit and, sadly, our last. The meals were awful and we should have sent them back but soldiered on, paid the bill and left. Far too much salt ruined both meals plus my wife's chicken was more akin to charcoal.

If you’re looking for something else than fish and chips; this is the place. Awesome food (actually really good), super helpful and friendly staff, dog friendly, fast service and pricing okay. Chips were a bit small, but our burger was huge.
