We order from them for many years. Always tasty, big portions at low prices and very fast prepared. Never been dissappointed despite we are quite fussy about taste. (We have no expirience of delivery, always collect because we live nearby)

Ordered through just-eat.co.uk. food took just under 2hrs to arrive, then when it did, I was missing items. The food was cold, pots of sauces leaked all the bag.I wouldn't lie, I understand you were busy being race week but that's still no excuse as to why the food was late, cold and missing items I asked for 3 pots of sauces I got two, I also paid for a bottle of coke which didn't come. I reported it straight to the just eat app and the late delivery.

I made an order via just eat and the chips were missing (and I accidentally pressed no salad on my kebab) I called up and within minutes we had a portion of chips delivered and a beautiful fresh salad free of charge! Thank you so much! You definitely have a new returning customer ?

Been a customer since they first opened.Best kebabs in town, always ridiculously fast delivery. Pizza is mediocre. Burgers are nice but nothing special about them, need an option with bacon really. Chips are usually fresh and crispy but sometimes you can get some chewy ones which have been sat in the warmer.Very very expensive but you get what you pay for here. Friendly staff and generous portion sizes. Would prefer it if they were cheaper with smaller portions.

Got a lamb shish kebab from here on Friday night which was inediblely tough and chewy. I put the meat in a bag and took it back on Saturday afternoon. Rather than apologising, the owner argued with me saying that lamb shish is always tough. This simply isn't true, as I've had it many times over the years. Eventually he agreed to refund me, but not before making a little problem into a big one. If a customer isn't happy and has proof of a viable complaint, it is surely in the business owner's interest to placate that customer ASAP, rather than inflate the problem. Needless to say we won't ever use that place again and won't be recommending anyone else to it either.
