One of the most incredible meals that I have ever had!
I first booked this restaurant as a special treat to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday.
The food and the service went even beyond what I could have imagined.
I had the baked Leek and smoked Salmon Gratin for main and it’s honestly one of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted!
Franck came out with a special birthday touch and it was great to speak to someone who is so passionate about the experience Muse provides.
We will definitely revisit!

Me and my 2 kids went in the Easter holidays where for each adult, a child gets a meal for £1. The kids had a burger in a bun with chips (the burger was a homemade quarter pounder I'd say, and the bun a toasted brioche!). Kids meals when not on offer are still only £3.95 which is great for parents as you need a mortgage to eat out as a family everywhere else! Really good selection of food for adults and kids. The staff were all lovely, especially the chap at the door who also asked the kids how they were and I'm so pleased I could eat out with the kids for £16 all in, including drinks! To add, my daughter has autism and was very comfortable in the environment (wasn't too squashed or loud) and didn't have any issues with the food. It makes a big difference when you can spend the day out with kids and it not cost the entire weeks budget! This is definitely our new place to eat out.

Just excellent. We came on a Sunday evening and were slightly perturbed when we walked into an empty restaurant. We noticed on the way that places like Prezzo were full - after our dinner, I thought more the fool them! We had two courses with several appetisers in-between. I won’t repeat what others have said about the food as it goes without saying it was excellent. Don’t expect the usual Indian food either - a welcome break! A lovely touch was the gin I had where the glass goblet was full of spices, flowers, herbs and fruit which smelt, looked and tasted divine. Please support this restaurant.

Visited this restaurant with my work colleagues which was pretty busy on Wednesday evening. Bruschetta had a garlicky and basil taste, beautiful presented and tasteful. The fish stew had a kick of spiciness, plenty of seafood and tasted superb. The meal worked nicely with the pinot rose. Definitely will be back soon. Highly recommend!

This is a great pub. What a fantastic selection of beers. That's why it is in the Camra Good Beer Guide. The beer price is very reasonable.
There is a large internal bar and a snug and an even bigger outside area under cover. Good selection of bar food and full meals. Look out for the specials.

We had a really lovely experience at this place. The food spread was excellent — a great variety of choices and everything we tried was fresh and very tasty. It was especially nice to see good vegetarian options available, which made it easy for everyone in our group to find something they enjoyed.

The venue itself has a charming rustic style with beautiful décor that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It feels cosy yet spacious at the same time. There’s a big free car park, which makes visiting stress-free, and the premises are wheelchair accessible — always a huge plus. The toilets were clean and well maintained too.

What really stood out was the staff — lovely, friendly, and very efficient without ever making us feel rushed. Overall, a fantastic atmosphere and a place we’d happily return to. Highly recommended!

Popped in for drinks as we had fond memories of this pub. We have left it far too long. Just how a pub should be. A busy, bustling pub with friendly staff and even friendlier customers. We had barely pulled up a seat before we were chatting with some of the locals.

A wide range of beer and cider on tap left us spoiled for choice and apparently the nachos and pork pies are a real treat. Summer events sound good too, something to tempt us back for a future visit.

We popped in to have something to eat and quick drink. Unfortunately my little boy was having a slight tantrum while walking in.
Trying to settle him a gentleman who works here came over with a colouring sheet and some crayons. He still was having his breakdown and I mentioned to the gentleman he wanted peas as it's his favourite food.
When I went to get our drinks I came back to see my little boy eating a bowl of peas and chips the gentleman brought over. Needles to say my boy soon went quiet and tucked in.

Thank you so much for this kind gesture. I will recommend this pub for it's service and kindness.
I would give this pub and more so the gentleman 10 starts if I could.

You definitely made my family and specially my little boy a day to remember.

Best roast I've had here in a while, friendly staff & great service!!
It sadly went down hill for a while after it was taken over which we were absolutely devastated about as it was our favourite place for a Sunday lunch and came here almost weekly.
We went back recently & left feeling really content and could of easily stayed for a dessert and dragged out our meal with more wine like we used to:)
A little more gravy & horseradish would of been a great addition!
On a side note - The new restaurant bar counter looks super sharp in blue & the freshly refurbished outside space looks fantastic

We visited Lou’s Cafe for the first time today and it definitely won’t be our last. We always try to support independent businesses when we’re out and this place was incredible!

My husband and I both ordered the large breakfast baguette with a hot chocolate and everything was freshly made with so much care. You can tell a lot of effort goes into the food.

The whole vibe was really wholesome and welcoming with friendly and chatty staff.

I highly recommend if you’re looking for a lovely breakfast and a friendly atmosphere!

An excellent little Turkish restaurant, run by a lovely couple who do a mix of homecooked and traditional Turkish meals. The food selection is modest but incredibly well done, between myself and my family we have tasted pretty much the whole menu and they've all been excellent. The owner is very helpful, offering suggestions, answering questions, and catering well to my gluten intolerance. Probably the best Turkish food I've had outside of Turkey, and one of the restaurants we've been back to the most over the last few years. I would share some photos, but we generally tuck in too fast to share! I just wish it was busier when I've been, I'll definitely be back again.

I can also recommend their Christmas menu, which they laid on by request for us early and is a fantastic traditional Ottoman dish. We were blown away by the quality and portion size, and walking home so full was a struggle.

We love coming to the feathered fish for the Friday speed quiz, mainly because we love quizzing but also because Andy is great and there's a good atmosphere.
That being said, we do find that the pub is on the more expensive side for drinks (about £7.50 for a non-alc cider), also there's one bar staff who seems to be quite miserable.
The quiz is only about 4.5 rounds, but it takes over 2 hours. We know it's ran by an external company but still takes forever.
The rest of the bar staff are very friendly as are the people who visit!

One of the best cafes in town, been coming here for years. Coffee has such a distinct flavour and they use authentic Italiano Mokambo coffee beans. The atmosphere was very cute and welcoming. The staff were also very lovely. My boyfriend and I ordered milkshakes and they were brought to our table quite quickly - the milkshakes were delicious too but lacked some flavour and was filled with ice.My boyfriend ordered a thick shake whereas I ordered a milkshake - there was no difference in consistency. There was also a used tissue on our table with a chocolate covered stain hidden behind the menu. The music playing in the background was peaceful.

Our visit involved a few drinks, of which there was a good selection. We didn't have any food - although we did see the food and would certainly revisit to try it! The pub itself is tiny inside - with a small bar area, which in itself was pretty unique! Outside they have made great use of the space with lots of tables, but also a conservatory type building for more inside seating. For the kids there is also a small outside play area. I enjoyed my visit to this pub!

Absolute Gem of a coffe shop. If I’m anywhere near I make a special journey to have one of the guys make my coffe. They are meticulous with how it tastes and if it isn’t up to their standards when they inspect it then they re do it before it even gets the milk. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of what they are doing here. Very lucky to have them in Cheltenham. Been in on a quiet morning too and if you want to work your welcome to, or if you want a chat they talk to you. Everything a coffee shop should be.

This Italian restaurant is fantastic! The staff are friendly and caring and the food is delicious with excellent value for money.

My son loves the kids’ pasta and pizza calling them “delicious” and far better than typical fast food menus! Homemade style and perfect for kids who enjoy real food.
Don’t miss the tiramisu for adults and the zeppole (Italian doughnuts with custard) for kids both are amazing! One of our favorite restaurants and my son and his friends love it too. Highly recommend!

I hired the private function room and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The space itself is stunning and perfectly set up for hosting a memorable event — it created such a great atmosphere for us girls (25 ish)

Prior to the event the owners kept in touch to make sure we had everything sorted and helped arrange decor and creating our personalised drinks packages. Everything ran smoothly, The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of without any stress on our part.

A special mention has to go to the DJ — the music was spot on all night and really kept the energy up

If you’re looking for a venue in Cheltenham for a private event, I couldn’t recommend Imperial Haus more- we wanted a quieter start to play girlie games and catch up and the seating was perfect for this then DJ cracked it up after an hour and we had a perfect dance floor set up- private bar with more than enough attentive staff- an easy 5 stars! I can’t think of anywhere so cute in Cheltenham for a girls night ?

Different prices for the same drink each time, drinks not tasting of anything or bitter, queues as long as your arm.There finally seems to be some order over the last few weeks, the quickest I have ever been served here and that seems to be down to the new Manager Kyle. Well done that Man even if my drink had no syrup they were quick to remake without any issues. Let's hope this continues. ?

A great little pub that’s been open for over 100 years as far as I recall. The beer is very good quality at a reasonable price. The food is absolutely fantastic especially the Sunday roast. Best I’ve had in a long long time. All prepared in the pub. None of that mass produced rubbish you might find elsewhere. This leaves it in the dust quite frankly. Book in advance to avoid disappointment! The staff are always welcoming and will engage in conversation, while at the same time, they know how to balance that, using their social skills to not impose on your privacy. All in all they have the balance just right. A great little pub! Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic visit to this coffee shop in Stow. There were eight of us (including kids) and they happily seated us upstairs without a reservation, which was hugely appreciated.
The coffee was excellent – properly made and full of flavour. The cakes looked amazing (and tasted just as good!), and the sandwiches were genuinely beautiful – fresh, well-filled, and clearly made with care. The kids were delighted with their milkshakes too.
Pricing was very reasonable for Stow, especially given the quality. Great atmosphere, lovely food, and friendly, accommodating service. We’ll definitely be back!
