Birthday tea for my son- great service, waiter knew the menu and knew the food and made very helpful suggestions. Very kind with us and the children. Lovely meal, everyone was happy. The restuarant manager was friendly and helped make it a special evening for us. We will be back as soon as we can:)

I’ve been to Carluccio’s with my partner for a luch. We were served by Arnold who did a great job, making sure everything it’s fine for us. Food was very tasty!! (I recommend the lamb as main course and tiramisu as dessert-delicious).

Very convenient for an early supper with friends after a visit to the theatre. Classic Italian fare, tasty and well seasoned, reasonably priced. Very quiet midweek early evening, polite and attentive service, in a light and spacious dining room. Relaxed atmosphere, and good food.

I have been in Carluccio several times, and every time is just an amazing experience. Last time I visited carluccio for breakfast with my family. Arnold the manager has been very welcoming and he prepared very nice coffees for us. The waitress always smiling gave us a great service. The local was clean and tidy. I raccomande this place if you are looking for great food in a wonderful atmosphere, with lovely staff.

If you are going to the theatre, this is very convenient. Nice large room, modern decoration. I had the set lunch for 11 pounds, which translated into 20 when you added a glass of wine. Stick to water. Good meal, starter was chicken liver pate on sour dough. Only two tiny pieces of toast. But the pate was lovely with the onion marmalade. Beef layout for mains. Good portion and very tasty. Known to most of us as spag bol. I would go again. Staff friendly and very quick.

We visit Carluccio's fairly frequently as, being vegetarian it is pleasantly one place where we can always eat well. And more unusually, as tends to be the case these days, we are always made to feel welcome. The waiters genuinely appear to want to please you and this evening's experience was no exception. A bit of friendly banter / flirting with the wife always sets the mood off well. We had a three course meal, not from the set menu, to include the sharing-platter starter plus, a large drink each. Oh and followed by a single Amaretto for the wife to finish. All had great flavours, again difficult to find with vegetarian food; were brought in a timely fashion; good sizes and nicely presented. My wife did find the fish a little strong in taste but that could be because she is not used to eating it. My only gripe if I had to name one, would be that we felt it a tad on the pricey side. £80+ for the two of us. However, being Valentine's I guess that this is understandable and certainly with the company, very much worth it. Another happy customer :-)

We had a nice dinner in Carlluccio's Cheltenham. Main course of Orchiette pasta and Ravioli was delicious. The desert in a shape of mushroom was also very good. We were served by Julia who was very friendly.
