This place could've been better but...There was only one or two other tables when we stopped in for a burger. We were asked if we'd made reservations but we're told they could squeeze us in. Funny that. The burgers were very dry so when the waitress asked us how our food was, she agreed the meat did look dry. No apology. No extra tip.

Absolutely disgusting food and service. Cold food on cold plates. A couple had their meal before ours and they came in afterwards. No offer of water or interaction with the staff. Didn't ask if we were happy or needed another drink. We only came to Cheltenham because Gloucester has stopped serving breakfast. Certainly won't be coming back anytime some.
