Not too sure what’s happened lately but the food and atmosphere has gone rapidly downhill! Our Server was very polite and chatty, but the delivery & presentation of the food is rather disappointing, although the food itself was ok. We were told it was ‘very busy’ hence why standards weren’t as usual! The Quays in Gloucester doesn’t seem to suffer with the same issues…

I booked a table for two for our anniversary meal and Cote didn't disappoint. On arrival we were welcomed to our table by our friendly waiter and we we were treated to a complimentary glass of fizz, and an anniversary card on the table was a nice touch. The service was excellent, and food delicious. We felt very looked after without being rushed and I would certainly recommend if looking for somewhere special to eat in Cheltenham. I look forward to my next visit!

Excellent two night stay for a family get together in Cheltenham. Easy access to town in a few minutes, super big bedroom and friendly attentive staff. Restaurant offers nice choice of food every day .

Felix was exceptional from the moment we walked in. Acknowledged us straight away. We were running late and he didn’t mind too much despite them being busy. Was on top form all just. Taking empty bottles as soon as they were done. Making sure we were enjoying every aspect of our visit when necessary. Would highly recommend this place for food but especially service.

Service was really good, really lovely staff, very attentive however the Sirloin Steak was extremely disappointing. Unrendered fat, steak was rare, not medium rare. A very small menu, hard to get wrong, but hey… family of 5, £170+, what can go wrong? Enough to make me not want to come back!

Although we were late due to the Cheltenham Half Marathon, the team were happy to accommodate us. The manager and waitress were very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and even my dad cleared his plate! We would definitely visit again. Thank you!
